05/07/2026: We stayed at the Albergo Ristorante Gasbarri in Castel San Pietro Romano in July 2026 with my wife and our son, and the experience was simply excellent. The welcome was warm and professional, making us feel immediately at ease. The rooms are impeccable, tastefully furnished, extremely clean, and meticulously maintained, with a level of comfort comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. The restaurant deserves a special mention: every dinner was a top-notch gastronomic experience. Dishes prepared with quality ingredients, authentic flavors, refined presentation, and attentive, courteous service. Sincere compliments to the chef and all the staff. It's rare to find a property that manages to so successfully combine hospitality, quality food, comfort, and value. I would definitely recommend the Albergo Ristorante Gasbarri to anyone seeking a relaxing, excellent stay. A well-deserved five stars. We will be delighted to return!
