Excellent pizzas, thin and crunchy like you rarely find these days. A no-frills menu and authentic flavors. Unfortunately, the supplì weren't up to par; they were served with the filling still partially frozen.

The food was of average quality; we didn't think it was worth the price. Some dishes were tasty, others weren't. The service wasn't good; the waiter rushed us to take our order. They didn't speak English – which obviously isn't a requirement – ​​but it's a significant advantage for tourists.

Food was remarkable! Vibe in the restaurant was very cool with lots of memorabilia over the years of ownership. The gelato was the best I’ve ever had. I very much recommend this restaurant for the food, and vibe and overall display of what Italy stands for, greatness!! Thank you for a good time!

It feels like a residential place. Generous portions at fair prices for Rome. We went for lunch on Sunday. The dining room was very busy, with the staff very busy, but they tried to be as attentive as possible. Breadsticks and bread were offered. Recommended.

03/06/2026: What can I say? Fausto, Lia, Myriam, and Paola were all perfect, accommodating every one of our suggestions and requests without batting an eyelid. We chose Stables for our wedding for two reasons: the food, which was appreciated by all our guests, and the location, which was truly beautiful and well-kept, with an excellent plan B in case of bad weather. They were present the entire evening, overseeing every single moment and coordinating everything perfectly, remaining in the background so everyone could enjoy the party. The staff was also perfect, coordinated, and super kind, which is no small feat at this type of event. In the end, we entered and left the same way, with the smile and peace of mind of those who knew they were in excellent hands. Knowing that, despite having organized several weddings, they were moved when their vows were read, shows how much they truly care about this work. We will definitely be back, even if just for dinner ☺️
24/05/2026: Beautiful restaurant, also suitable for special occasions, with plenty of outdoor space for children to play. We went there for a first communion, and everything was very well organized.

Le Virtu in Tavola

02/06/2026: Perhaps because it was an Italian holiday today, many restaurants were closed. This is a hidden gem I discovered while walking around. The staff were friendly, and above all, the food tasted great. I really enjoyed the seafood risotto and the penne arrabiata. I would love to visit again. ^^
