01/04/2025: Prenotato da amici il locale è accogliente e ben arredato. Il personale già all'arrivo si è mostrato gentile e preparato. Il menù con proposte varie tra cui la pizza. Il servizio puntuale e veloce. Un plauso alla ragazza all'accoglienza. Torneremo sicuramente.

29/03/2025: Un locale abbastanza nuovo a Talenti che migliora sicuramente l'esperienza disastrosa con quello che fino a qualche tempo fa era al suo posto. Servizio cosi' cosi' effettuato da ragazzi molto giovani ma inesperti; comunque assolutamente volenterosi e questo e' un punto a loro favore: faranno esperienza. Sicuramente rapidi (addirittura troppo?). Antipasti abbondanti e buoni. Primi buoni per quanto non eccezionali a livello di condimenti. Piu' di una pietanza nel menu non presente in cucina. Provati per secondo dei carciofi assolutamente amari quasi al limite del mangiabile. Patatine fritte buone ed abbondanti. Per un pasto veloce ed informale un posto adatto.

Not only the meat enhanced by the exposed grill where Antonello has no rivals, but also by 'unsuspected' homemade first courses and desserts. 22/03/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant. If the weather permits it is possible to dine outdoors. Delicious tonnarelli cheese and pepper. All first courses are under 11 euros, even the cacio e pepe with truffle which cannot be found in our Brianza. The kebabs are also excellent. The types of pizza are the usual but none cost more than 9 euros Applause to the young waitresses and waiters. Very kind and helpful. Large private parking

06/03/2025: Small but very nice and well-kept place, I recommend booking on the weekend. Excellent meat and super interesting menus. With €22.90 we had a mozzarella and raw appetizer with focaccia and unlimited slices. Drinks excluded. Advise. We will be back soon

26/02/2025: Small tavern on the outskirts of Genzano di Roma. The environment is reminiscent of the trattorias of the past, that is, a very quiet, informal and familiar environment. All the staff are very approachable and helpful. The dishes are good and plentiful, prepared as you would at home. The prices are modest, you can eat well without spending a fortune. Possibility of parking on the street just outside the premises. I recommend it to people who care more about substance than appearance.

However, it is right to point out some aspects to take into consideration: - The portions are not particularly abundant, so if you are very hungry it might not be the most filling choice. - The variety for those with gluten intolerance is rather limited, and many dishes are contaminated, making it unsuitable for celiacs. - Some flavors may not meet the taste of those with a very traditionalist idea of ​​Roman cuisine. Overall, a good experience for those who love to experiment, less suitable for those looking for the classic Roman dish "of the grandmother". Recommended for lovers of alternative and plant-based cuisine. 🌱

19/04/2025: Since we couldn't come to Rome without going to a Roman refuge, so we went there too. Incredibly booking the day before. Unlike the rest of the vegan restaurants in the area which make more experimental dishes in a modern environment, Rifugio Romano is the real Roman osteria, with traditional dishes. We ate very well: Giudia artichokes, Ascoli olives (I hadn't eaten them for at least 10 years), supplì (incredible), tonnarelli carbonara (they reminded me of the ones my father made for me when I was little) and cacio e pepe. To conclude a very creamy tiramisú. All washed down with kombucha. Now I know why it is so renowned, I hope to return soon.

13/04/2025: I am very satisfied, we went for lunch on Sunday, despite the many seats present the service was impeccable. The quality of the food was excellent, fresh fish. Definitely worth returning.
