23/03/2025: Tutto perfetto, dalla prenotazione telefonica (alle 12:45 come detto ci siamo seduti), all’efficienza e celerità nel servizio. Qualità delle portate ottime e abbondanti. Tagliere per 2 persone tutto di buona qualità, e abbondante. I primi..? Cacio & Pepe perfetta. Con calice di Vino e dolci un totale di 35€ cadauno. Direi che e’ più che consigliato. Ottima esperienza in zona EUR

23/03/2025: Everything was perfect, from the telephone reservation (at 12:45 as mentioned we sat down), to the efficiency and speed of the service. The quality of the dishes was excellent and plentiful. The platter for 2 people was all good quality and plentiful. The first courses..? Cacio & Pepe was perfect. With a glass of wine and desserts, a total of €35 each. I would say it is more than recommended. Excellent experience in the EUR area

29/03/2025: Literalmente, si no miras con atención, podrías perder la entrada junto a la salida del nivel inferior de la estación de metro de Cavour. La comida era excelente, especialmente los “Estándares Romanos” de Alcachofa Romana, Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, y la Saltimboca de Ternera. Carta de vinos corta, pero muy bien seleccionada.

04/04/2025: Family Pizzeria with Authentic Roman Flavor near the Colosseum We discovered this family pizzeria in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome, but close to the majestic Colosseum. Although we arrived without a reservation, they welcomed us warmly, kindly requesting that we free up our table before 9:00 PM, as they had a reservation at that time. To avoid any setbacks, especially if you're traveling in a group, I recommend booking in advance. The atmosphere is ideal, with a spacious and cozy dining room that evokes the rustic charm of a traditional Roman home. We shared the space with local families, couples, and other tourists, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a delight for pizza lovers, with a wide variety of Roman options at very reasonable prices, around €10 per pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. But it's not just the pizzas that stand out; they also offer delicious antipasti, fresh vegetables, and tempting meat and fish dishes. We opted for the Roman pizzas, and what a great choice! The dough was exquisite, the ingredients high-quality, and the abundance of them left us pleasantly surprised. The house red wine, simple but adequate, complemented our meal perfectly. Definitely a place to return to and recommend if you find yourself in the Colosseum area. An authentic Roman experience at affordable prices.

04/01/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home with amazing dishes and welcoming service... YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. With a couple of friends and two four-legged friends we had the pleasure of tasting flavors that taste like home (one of us is Calabrian)... the menu on the blackboard, the passion of the two owners and the landscape of Monte Livata are were the strong points of this wonderful little corner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED❤️

08/04/2025: The place is familiar and certainly even nicer in summer with the outdoor space; the service was a little slow for a Sunday evening but overall not a bad experience. Maybe we will also try other dishes besides pizzas (good dough).

14/04/2025: Cerchi un posto che sa di mondo? Che ti regala, per il tempo del convivio in loco, la bellissima sensazione del non luogo che é ogni luogo? Dove mangiare é gustare e lasciarsi sorprendere dai tanti livelli di gustosità che può avere anche una sola pietanza? Entri, sorrisi, accoglienza genuina e friendly. E non puoi che sorridere di conseguenza. Ottima lounge music finalmente ad un volume adeguato. Ambiente molto ben organizzato, probabile ex cantina con antichi rimandi ai muri d'epoca ancora in vista, stylish invece per scelte dei componenti d'arredo della location, sa di loft vintage d'eccellenza Menù ampio il giusto, in 2 abbiamo scelto 2 antipasti e 2 primi, stavolta. Ed 1 dolce a metà. Servizio preciso, informato, e veloce, senza ansie e col giusto punto di morbidezza nel fare e nel dire. Piatti d'estetica impeccabile. Gusto originale, sorprese si, ma piacevolissime. Pane e focaccia da applauso ritmato. Gyoza di Pollo al Curry davvero buoni, carciofi yakitori, sesamo e mentuccia originalissimi, Pad Thai de-gustata con bacchette molto molto buona e valida, risotto una sequenza di apparenti opposti che invece contrastano bene fra loro. Dolce, fatevi incuriosire dalla zuppetta, l'abbiamo provata, beh, scelta perfetta. Il conto? Vale tutta questa esperienza.

13/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante sabato sera ed è stato tutto perfetto: dalla location al cibo, fino al servizio. Sicuramente torneremo, magari per un aperitivo o un dopo cena.

31/03/2025: A very bland meal. An example is a carpaccio with a shrimp in the middle, garnished with pickle (forgot) and foie gras, the shrimp has no taste at all, only texture. In comparison, I had a very similar dish of shrimp carpaccio wrapped with foie gras in Milan. The shrimp was made from langoustine, which was sweet and fresh in one bite. The foie gras was also large in size, adding a lot of rich flavor.

26/03/2025: The Atmosphere is very special, it was my first time in a Michelin restaurant. We took 5 dishes of course most of them were super tasty. The service was great, for me I missed the personal connection.its was very formal. The dishes looked amazing and were explanations for everything . I didn't like that they added things with money without updating us . I don't have a problem paying but I would like to know in advance. They were super nice and cute and made for a nice surprise for my birthday. Definitely recommend !

18/03/2025: Ho acquistato dei bignè di san Giuseppe.. molto buoni come anche i piccoli bignè al cioccolato a differenza di quelli con la panna e dei tartufi al cacao per niente buoni !!!

26/03/2025: Invitato per un pranzo tra amici, ho nuovamente visitato questo storico Ristorante romano dove la storia e la cucina si fondono creando una atmosfera realmente di ‘altri tempi’. Il menù ben descritto ci ha tutti indirizzati verso una entrata di Carciofi alla romana, deliziosi. Affidandomi poi alle origini della Famiglia Bettoia ho scelto un Risotto alla piemontese, buonissimo, e per finire una torta alla Bonnet anch’essa buonissima. Il Personale discreto, efficiente come si addice ad un Locale di alto livello! Complimenti !

The staff, with their kindness and professionalism, manages to make every guest feel special, just as they did back then. The atmosphere of the hotel retains its historical charm intact, a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort. The attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness and the quality of service make your stay a real pleasure. Another element that I found with great pleasure is the restaurant, which maintains the same level of excellence as in the past. The quality of the dishes, the care in preparation and the impeccable service make it a gastronomic experience not to be missed, just like then.
