30/06/2025: 📍This place is on the street where there are restaurants on the way to or from the Spanish Steps. I really don't understand why they exaggerate these pastas so much! My favorite thing in Rome was definitely Tiramisu, neither pizza nor pasta impressed me. I liked Neapolitan style pizzas more, for example. You can choose one of two types of pasta here, the portions are really filling. Since one of the options is with pork, you have to choose the vegetarian option, which is hard to eat thick and has a lot of pasta, potatoes, broccoli, etc. In short, you can eat it here if you want, of course, but I prefer sandwiches.

27/06/2025: The food for the price was rather average in taste, but edible without disgust. Unfortunately, it is not worth it financially considering the price/taste. There was one small piece of meat in the pasta with meat, while the bakery had great sandwiches nearby.

02/06/2025: I used to go to this restaurant when I was little, all the end-of-year dinners of my elementary school years were spent here... a memory of a familiar, welcoming place with good food but unfortunately really just a memory. I celebrated my father's birthday a few months ago and we were all disappointed by their pizzas... dry, burnt and only the smell of tomato... even though they "ruined" an important dinner for us, this evening I decided to go back to get 2 pizzas to take away, because in the end a bad evening can happen, but with my immense regret I write that I will DEFINITELY never set foot in there again, not only because of the wait of over 40 minutes for (I repeat) only 2 classic pizzas but above all for the very poor quality of what according to them can be called pizza. Inedible, salty, dry to say the least, red base perhaps for them it means dirtying the dough with red without using tomato (?), burnt and no trace of the required topping. Personally, I am sorry to write such a review but as an honest person, I find myself reflecting on the total lack of respect towards the paying customer, because although it is true that a bad evening can happen to anyone, it is equally true that the repetition of an absolutely poor service underlines the lack of correctness on the part of the owners. Personally, I would be ashamed to bring out a pizza like this after more than 40 minutes of waiting without any attention to the customer who is there in the room waiting. I would have much preferred instead to be told the truth because at this point I can only think that there has never been a pizza chef in the kitchen for I don't know how long now and therefore I would have appreciated being informed that for the take-away menu the choice was forced on the restaurant menu only.

08/07/2025: An iconic place in Rome. High-quality cuisine with excellent ingredients. We ate there two nights. Remarkable atmosphere and attentive service. The waiters make an effort to speak French. We will return on our next trip to Rome.

30/06/2025: Location molto carina esteticamente, siamo stati qui usufruendo di sconto thefork. Buona la focaccina, non male la tartare di carne, particolare il sapore agrodolce del carpaccio di carne per com era condito.

23/07/2025: Excellent food, fast service, pleasant atmosphere but the chairs are old and uncomfortable because they are not the wicker type but rather woven plastic and most of them need replacing because you can easily get caught and pull the threads of your dress.

23/07/2025: We discovered this restaurant because friends of ours had been there and had a great time, so we decided to try it out for dinner with a couple of other friends on a Tuesday. They reserved us an excellent table, although if we had known how popular the place is (which proves it's very popular), we would have chosen the back garden, which is more intimate and private, better suited to chatting with friends you haven't seen in a while without getting hoarse. The noise in the main room was quite loud, simply because the place was packed. In any case, the experience lived up to our expectations: a very refined and unique place, beautiful and surrounded by greenery. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was good; my guests ate fish, and everything was very good. I gave it 4 stars because I was disappointed by the caponata, which I thought wasn't excellent. But maybe that's just my personal taste. I'd love to go back and try the pinsa. It's very pleasant on warm summer evenings, so I recommend it.

01/07/2025: I heard about the place from a friend and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Very kind and competent owners. As soon as you arrive you are served with a glass of prosecco and carasau bread in oil. The food is really good both the appetizers and the first courses (I have never had the second course). After the meal a bottle of myrtle is served at the table. Everything is excellent, I highly recommend it!

08/03/2025: Excellent first courses with homemade pasta at a good price, highly recommended for a quick lunch, but also for a quieter meal with friends or family, There is also the possibility of buying fresh pasta to cook at home.

In short, a warm atmosphere, quality dishes prepared with passion and unparalleled know-how to the point that you would think you were in Italy. These ingredients blend together with finesse and turn out to be part of each gourmet recipe that changes every week at the pace of pasta chef Luciano. Thanks to him and his business partner, each puff is unique and unforgettable. To be repeated again and again!

05/07/2025: Typical Roman restaurant, with local culinary dishes, excellent porchetta, meatballs as well, then we had the melted caciocavallo with the irresistible porchetta, truly excellent, not to mention the first courses, one better than the other, from the matriciana to the gricia to the carbonara... I highly recommend it, excellent service with qualified and well-trained staff...

23/05/2025: One of the best restaurants in the city, a characteristic and very welcoming little place, in one of the typical alleys of the beautiful historic center of Frascati where you can breathe the air of home, typical local cuisine and homemade excellence, from fresh pasta to desserts. Very kind, attentive and helpful staff; tasty and original dishes, excellent value for money. Mauro, the owner, a wonderful person as is all his staff. We often return and he never disappoints us, I recommend booking in advance.

02/07/2025: I had lunch with the family on a hot Saturday in June, the patio is still nice and if you're lucky you can enjoy a few breaths of air. My son had the raw fish and was super satisfied, I don't eat fish, I don't judge. I ate tagliolini with plenty of truffle, when the rib steak arrived I thought I wouldn't make it and instead thanks to the perfect cooking, the taste and the tenderness it went away without effort. It was my birthday and I had to have the dessert, a crunchy almond basket with chantilly cream and berries. Never was forcing more enjoyable. I will definitely go back, first of all for that dessert but then I want to try the white ragù of Cinta Senese and other meats that I saw passing by that promised very well. See you soon Sorcetto
