We had a lovely dinner here after our visit to the Colosseum. We hadn’t pre booked but were seated right away in the charming little courtyard. They have a fantastic cocktail menu and the food was delicious.

Beautiful, in the heart of Rome, the perfect place for great live music with a multicultural atmosphere and excellent service!

We visited Blackmarket for Aperitivo and we were pleasantly surprised to find this bar/restaurant with eclectic decorations and a floorplan reminiscent structure in a Harry Potter movie. Twisting hallways that dump out onto different floors with seating areas for small groups or couples. There is even a "secret garden deck" on the bottom floor. Their aperitivo food is grouped into four different sections: Ham & Cheese €15, Seafood €18, Meat €18 and Vegetarian €18. You get five different pieces in each selection. I suggest you try the seafood first-- Mini Salmon Burger, Tuna Tataki, Crispy Anchiovi, Mini Bruschetta with Butter and Cantabrian Anchiovis and a Mini Crunchy Prawn Burger. Sounds delicious right ?!?! They make all the classic cocktails and some new ones with fancy names. Whatever you choose will be good. The best choice you can make is going there in the first place.

A great vegetarian aperitif and a delicious dessert!

A great place but also a little expensive, the service is very good though and they have a nice terrace outside. The aperitivo comes with a big variety on food that tastes good.

Truly a unique location and food. It's a shame about the staff. They don't greet me often, often nonexistent or even with a smug air. Honestly, when I enter a place (even more so if it's a high-end establishment), I expect the staff to greet me and smile (while in fact, they didn't even respond to my first greeting). To top it all off, the bartender/manager/cashier, I don't know what his role was, but he seemed like a point of contact, started talking on the phone about his business in inappropriate language, despite having a thousand rooms available for a private conversation. Anyone can have a bad day, but it seemed like the atmosphere we breathe every day, but obviously they deserve a second chance. I'm convinced that a place can have a great menu, music, decor, and atmosphere, but the real difference is made by the people. I dare say this because I do the same job, albeit in a different sector.

Excellent but when the place is full they get confused

Very cool, super refined atmosphere, an apartment, a museum, refined and classy, ​​relaxed owners, and impeccable service, the "guys" at the reception are professional. Live music, with international artists, I was at a performance with a great group of bossa nova, Latin, guitar, sax, percussion and vocals, good and engaging, the whole place was dancing, frequented by the jet set, tourists, viver, couples, young people of the Roman bourgeoisie... in short, an experience to repeat, at least once a week, fair prices and elegant atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing. Professional musicians, truly engaging and overwhelming, capable of making the whole place dance.
