15/08/2025: The place is modern, well-kept, and very beautiful in the residential center of Ostia between the ferries and the Panfili. The coffee and croissants are very good, the bill is also very reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed by the owner's behavior, known for being a bit arrogant and unfriendly. We arrived late at 11:00 for breakfast and were told we couldn't have breakfast. He then told us we could have breakfast at the counter, and then we asked for a table since they were preparing it somewhere else entirely. The problem is that later, around 12:00, other people came in, and he welcomed them freely without saying anything, going to serve them at the table himself when we were supposed to get our own cups and croissants and bring them to ourselves. This was a different and unbalanced service that left much to be desired.

07/08/2025: The food is good, especially the fish dishes; we let the chef decide. Everything was delicious, even the legendary tiramisu dessert.

Probamos la carbonara, el fetiche Alfredo, patatas, pizzas y crema Catalina. Algunas de las mejores pastas que hemos comido. El personal era muy amable con mi nieta de 3 años. Recomendaría encarecidamente

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. We celebrated our wedding here with nearly 80 guests over four unforgettable days, and although we don’t speak a word of Italian, the entire team handled everything seamlessly. The food and wine are absolutely outstanding, and the restaurant is run beautifully by Carlo and his wonderful staff. The property itself is stunning – a gorgeous pool area with plenty of sunbeds, a pool bar, and charming outdoor spaces that made every moment feel special. The spa is another highlight, where Valentina and Fabrizio create a truly relaxing atmosphere. I especially recommend the Kobido face massage! A special thank you to Giusy at the reception – she was beyond amazing. She managed every detail with such kindness and professionalism that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every member of the team went above and beyond, and there are so many more we could mention – they all made us feel cared for, as if we were part of their family. If you are planning a wedding near Rome, this is the place to go. You’ll create memories for a lifetime, feel completely at ease, and be able to truly enjoy your big day. We cannot recommend Corte in Fiore highly enough.

22/08/2025: An easy 5 stars! Everything was excellent, especially the Papardelle al cinghiale and an exceptional beef filet. Desserts are also worth taking, and the large terrasse surrounded with pine trees, cedar trees and fields is beautiful. A little on the pricey side, but justified.

The seafood salad was absolutely comparable to the packaged supermarket salad, as were the other dishes. I'm sorry, but it was truly disappointing.
