23/07/2025: Marco and his family have built such an incredible estate that features an equally incredible restaurant. My family and I spent a night and we were floored by Marco, his kindness, attentiveness, and how helpful he was. We ate a wonderful dinner and told ourselves that we wished we planned to stay there for a week. The ambiance is unreal, the entire estate is stunning. The restaurant was exquisite. The location is to be notated, it’s close to Rome but so privately tucked away. It’s so peaceful. The rooms were spacious and featured a beautiful big bathroom. Parking available on site, everything was so secure. I ended up forgetting my prescription glasses and Marco immediately was eager to help get them to me. I am so thankful I forgot them because we ended up going back and had another incredible meal (lunch)! I HIGHLY recommend you try their tiramisu… it lives rent free in my mind. You honestly could pick anything off the menu with a blindfold on and not be disappointed. We can not wait to come back to Italy and most importantly visit here again.

03/07/2025: We came for lunch by chance because we were cooked by the Roman heat. The restaurant was empty, but it was worth it. The quality of the sashimi is excellent, as is the preparation of the huramaki and gunkan, don't be intimidated by the exterior of the restaurant. The interior is very well-kept and the food is good!

22/06/2025: As people from the Marche region, we found ourselves by chance in this restaurant a few km from Civitavecchia. The cuisine was excellent; we ate a delicious grilled meat but looking around we saw many other dishes that we would surely have liked just as much, so much so that knowing that we will be passing through again next Saturday, we have already booked. Perhaps, to be picky, the red house wine was not exactly a... delight. The "cannolo scomposto" was very good.

08/07/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria. You eat big and cheap!! Superb cacio e pepe, tagliolini with artichokes, bacon and pecorino cheese to die for, fabulous appetizers, zucchini parmigiana... quality olive oil. The owner is incredibly friendly, he makes you feel right at home...

03/07/2025: This restaurant is great!! Delicious food and they got us right in without a reservation. I did notice many tables were reserved, but they gladly fit us right in. Highly recommend the Bacon Burger with cheese/pepper chips.

19/07/2025: We got invited by mariko to get inside and the service was terrible!! He gave us our drinks and they had a bad taste and when we asked to change he argued with us and screamed at us , then when he changed the order he gave us a glass he didn’t wash and full of water on purpose also he was unpleasant and bad attitude I hope this place burns he does not worthy to still have this place . Do not go there there are many different better places . Also he threw away some people from the table to let us sit and was rude to them.

18/07/2025: I had such great memories of this place from my first time visiting Rome as a child and the friends we made with some of the staff. Shame to return and be met with such sloppy food catered towards tourists who have little knowledge or interest in Italian cooking. I’m not sure what was worse actually, the food or the service. Our waiter treated us with such disdain. It was as if we’d slapped his Mother beforehand and he was somehow forced to work and bring over our overcooked Americanised pasta. Anyway, the view of Piazza Barberini is still nice.

29/06/2025: Food and portions for price is good. Best Lasagna I've had ever. We tried a few places in Rome and they were our favorite.

27/06/2025: Ristorante Quarantuno is my favorite restaurant in Pietrasanta. We’ve been coming to eat here since 2016. The food is consistently brilliant and I have happily been working my way through their changing menu and specials with my wife and other members of our family. The owners, Vera & Stefano and their staff are top notch and always take very good care of us, sometimes squeezing us in when they are crowded on a weekend and we’d forgotten to make reservations. Yes. There are also many other good restaurants in Pietrasanta, but Ristorante Quarantuno is where we happily keep coming back! Check out their Facebook page!

26/06/2025: The service was very attentive and the starter was excellent. My pasta was also very good, although the child's pasta was unfortunately not tasty at all, hence "only" 4 stars, but still recommended.

30/03/2025: Piatti gustosi, porzioni soddisfacenti, locale carino, personale gentile, prezzo corretto. Si puo’ dire che tutto funziona benissimo. Da riprovare se torneremo a Monte Compatri e sicuramente da consigliare!

02/07/2025: Very nice and well-kept place. The staff was kind enough to keep our reservation even though we were 1 hour late due to an unexpected event on the road. Excellent typical Roman cuisine and a wide selection of wines. Honorable mention for the carbonara and the maltagliati with chicken giblets, truly spectacular.

29/06/2025: Truly delicious dinner. The staff is exceptional, with a kindness that is hard to find nowadays. Excellent quality food. I ate an appetizer (onion tart with robiola) which is one of the best things I have eaten in recent times. Many proposals and well thought out to please both those who love classic Roman cuisine and those who want to try something different. They are also attentive to the various and possible intolerances. Excellent value for money. Congratulations indeed!
