La Cucina Con Vista In Frascati

10/04/2026: I've been to La Villetta and I must say it was a truly wonderful discovery, especially if you're looking for fresh fish prepared well and without too much fuss. The quality is evident as soon as you enter, with the display case immediately giving you a sense of the quality of the ingredients. We started with a delicious raw seafood dish: oysters, scampi, and very fresh tartare, simple but done just right. The appetizers were also excellent, especially the fried fish, light and not at all greasy, and the mussels, flavorful and well-seasoned. The snails in tomato sauce deserve a special mention, as they have a lovely, bold flavor. The dish that most impressed me was the spaghetti with lobster: well-mixed, rich yet balanced, with the fish flavor truly evident. The atmosphere is refined without being overly formal, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. It's a pleasant place to be; it's one of those places you'll want to return to. Overall, it's a restaurant that focuses on quality products and does it right, without overdoing it. If you like fish, it's definitely a place to try.

07/03/2026: Truly an excellent restaurant with the freshest, top-quality fish. The raw antipasto is very varied and fresh. The risotto with scampi gremolata is sublime. Very attentive service with friendly and helpful staff.
