02/03/2026: We went to Al 384 pizzeria last night at the recommendation of some friends, and I have to say they were absolutely right: it was a truly wonderful experience in every way. The place has a welcoming and modern atmosphere, but the real added value are the owners and the staff, who are truly kind, helpful, and ready to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Moving on to dinner, the quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish: - Carciofo alla Giudia: crunchy and flavorful, an appetizer that perfectly honors Roman tradition. - Margherita 384: a truly amazing pizza. The "384" version with tomato, stracciatella, and basil emulsion is a perfect balance of flavors, with a light, well-leavened dough. - Tiramisu: we ordered two for a sweet finish, and they did not disappoint: fresh and expertly made. All this was accompanied by an excellent wine that completed a flawless evening. If you're looking for top-notch pizza in the Balduina/Trionfale area with friendly service, Al 384 is a definite must. We'll definitely be back!

This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!

10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work, I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home. Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious. It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners. My compliments to Alessio and Flavia. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.

14/03/2026: I usually never write reviews. But this Filipino restaurant is exceptional, I'd say the best in all of Rome!! My partner and I had a truly wonderful time, both in terms of the atmosphere and the food, which was truly TOP!! The dishes were freshly prepared ❤️ I especially thank the owner, who was always available and very kind in explaining Filipino dishes to my partner. We will definitely be back. P.S.: If you want to try Filipino food, or if you like spicy food, or if you want to try new flavors... definitely come here! You won't regret it ❤️

13/03/2026: Cantina Simonetti is a great place in Frascati for those seeking traditional local cuisine, with a few subtle twists that make the dishes interesting without distorting their identity. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant, and the service was courteous and helpful, which always contributes to a more relaxed dinner. Among the dishes I tried, I really enjoyed the coratella, well-prepared and flavorful, a dish that perfectly captures the local tradition. The Ascoli olives stuffed with porchetta were also excellent, a tasty twist on the classic version and decidedly successful. Overall, the food is good, with the cuisine remaining faithful to tradition but with a few original ideas here and there. The only small complaint concerns the cream served at the end of the meal, which was quite alcoholic. Nothing dramatic, but perhaps it would have been helpful to point this out before bringing it to the table so everyone knew what to expect. That said, the experience was still positive: the food is good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere remains that of a trattoria that showcases local flavors. Passed. A great place for those who want to try traditional Frascati dishes with some interesting twists.

08/03/2026: An excellent experience at this Frascati restaurant, a gem in the historic center. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, attentive, and service was prompt. The food, I'd say, was excellent quality and well-cooked. The Schiaffoni alla Frascatana served in a pot were superb. The price was right.

We were quite a large group, yet from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuine smile, the kind that makes you understand that hospitality here isn't a formality, but a value. The restaurant is bright, with attention to detail but without being overbearing. Tastefully decorated. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. The love they put into their work shines through, and they know how to make you feel good. In short: a place where you eat well, feel good, and immediately want to return. A full five stars, and if I could, I'd give one more for the kindness of the staff.

15/02/2026: AN INSTITUTION This osteria doesn't need a review because it's an institution! The welcome, the staff, the ambiance, and the food all speak the same language: the language of those who know what they're talking about! An authentic and genuine experience. Attentive service, carefully prepared traditional dishes, generous portions, and well-served, with warm words from the staff and owner! If you're passing through Rome, take the time to have lunch or dinner there! Five stars for everything!

20/03/2026: Other tables were served limoncello before paying the bill, so I thought I'd get some too, but I didn't. Why? Is there a rule against serving it to solo diners? I ordered the vongole pasta, but it was a bit disappointing, perhaps because I'm used to eating large, plump clams.

20/03/2026: A must try if you’re in or around Trastevere. Family of 5 and we ate from here quite a few times during our stay in Rome and I must say the food did not disappoint. Pizza, pasta, main courses, everything was cooked to perfection. I also can’t say enough good things about the service staff, everyone here has been great. Truly a wonderful eatery, highly recommend.

30/12/2025: It's truly difficult to find an excellent seafood restaurant in Rome. Sandalia is one of the best. It has no flaws: the staff is professional, attentive, and attentive. 01/03/2026: The pizzeria is very good, and the pinza is top-quality. The dough is good, and the ingredients are top-notch. I had a capricciosa, and it was well-filled. Of course, for me, a native of Campania, the pinza isn't even close to a true Neapolitan pizza, complete with a deep, hollow, and soft crust. But that's my personal opinion and has nothing to do with the restaurant's rating, which, I confirm, is excellent. The atmosphere is refined, as is the service. I recommend it.

08/02/2026: As a regular customer, I can say it's one of my favorite places for a good pinsa. The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet, and the service is quick and professional. The fried foods are exquisite, with both traditional and elaborate options. The pinsa, for my taste, is perfect. Crispy dough, good-quality and well-balanced toppings. Excellent selection of beers and digestifs. See you next time!
