On Valentine's Day, we had dinner, and I have to say the food was excellent, but the service didn't depend on the wait staff, but on the organization. We arrived at 7:50 PM at the owner's express request and left at 11:00 PM for four courses, some of which could have been pre-ordered. I repeat, the food was excellent, but the organization unfortunately needs rethinking... Either they take fewer tables or they organize themselves better. A customer who doesn't complain never comes back. Thanks again for the good food, but catering involves many things, including the details.

Monday, January 19, 2026. This was our first meal after arriving at the airport from Canada. I had chosen the perfect spot for lunch on this trip to Campania. It allowed me to break up the drive. But that wasn't all! We ate the best risotto and beef tartare of our lives! Every dish, as well as the homemade tiramisu and cappuccino, was a feast for the eyes and a pure delight! The welcome was very friendly and the service outstanding. I imagine that in the summer, eating in the cave must be wonderful! Long live this upscale restaurant!

The best in Valmontone and beyond. Magnificent presentation, top-quality flavors and ingredients. Every time we return to this restaurant, we're amazed by their ability to continually improve. I highly recommend it!
