31/03/2025: The place is very nice and the staff is courteous, kind and helpful 🙏🏻. We were looking for a place in the area open on Mondays that served fish-based dishes and we found it 😄. The raw appetizer was good and there were not only the usual shrimp, scampi and oysters but there were also clams and razor clams. Fettuccine with butter and Cantabrian anchovies were excellent, pasta with clams well done. The fried calamari didn't convince me much but it's okay. Classic tiramisu... good... home-made flavor. Prices slightly lower than average but obviously since it's fish you can't expect more. Good wine list. Thank you 🙏🏻

13/04/2025: Nuestra primera cena aquí fue una cuestión de mera conveniencia, ya que estaba justo al otro lado de la calle de nuestro hotel. Un vaso de prosecco gratis para empezar fue una sorpresa encantadora. La segunda y tercera cena aquí fueron 100% por el servicio impecable y deliciosa comida! Las albóndigas eran absolutamente perfectas, tanto que las pedí 2 noches seguidas! La tercera noche, probé la lasaña y me di cuenta de que había cometido un terrible error: la lasaña era incluso mejor que las albóndigas. También comí lasaña en Venecia y Florencia y, con las manos abajo, ¡esto fue lo mejor! Lo único que lamento es no haberlo intentado antes. ¡El pan de foccacia también está delicioso!

17/04/2025: I've been back several times for breakfast: the place has attention to detail, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. The boy at the checkout who is a "declared Romanist" represents one more reason to visit this place, jokes aside, a simple and pleasant place to start the day.

26/03/2025: Bar with absolutely professional and competent management, the croissants are fantastic in the morning, I don't give 5 stars for the noisy and rude people who often infest the place in the early morning making breakfast at the counter unpleasant.

I was here with the family, but this is from my own experience. when we entered you could tell that the staff were under pressure, but after a little look around the restaurant it was only us and one other person. This had maybe also have ledt to the fact that we were not spoken to or addressed properly when the food arrived, where there was just given a plate over the shoulder. now I know that it is a place mainly serves meat dishes, and is not quite suitable for a vegetarian like myself. But based on the pasta I got, I would say it was probably the worst I've had on my whole trip to Rome. There was no flavor in it and ended up being just someting i had to get down. the dessert was okay, but was not quite something that could save the experience

21/03/2025: Very nice environment, with many vintage objects that take you back in time. The tiramisu was excellent, but the cacio e pepe was a disappointment, halfway between gricia and cacio e pepe Five stars for the girl at the tables.

11/03/2025: Surely testing this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday night didn't help, but if you open to the public with dozens of tables it means that you can withstand the demand and the influx and tell me that you've run out of supplì after centuries of waiting I can accept it from an unpretentious little place. We will return in less prohibitive conditions, that's for sure, maybe not for the pizza... vegetable fries and delicious desserts anyway.

23/03/2025: Tried this restaurant for the second time and it confirmed the thought (not reviewed) of the first time. It is therefore right to recognize the merit for a well-managed business from all points of view: excellent food, abundant portions, impeccable service, comfortable environment. Table of 7 people who chose 6 different courses (3 different first courses and 3 different second courses) which arrived exactly at the same time, allowing us to share the meal all together! Attention to every detail by the staff, willingness to satisfy special requests and constant and not forced courtesy! Refined honest restaurant even in the prices! Everything proportionate! Thank you for this beautiful evening! We will certainly return!

22/03/2025: Great experience. We were six adults and three children. I tried three of the first courses we took, all very good. Right portions (my right portion for the others is a large portion). We didn't take second courses but only appetizers, all good. Of the three desserts taken: exceptional tart, very good Catalan cream. The tiramisu on the other hand was not really convincing. I also took a bitter, served in a frozen glass and in good quantity. Unfortunately no draft beer, but the one taken in bottles did not disappoint. Free and large parking 20 meters away. Overall really excellent, if in the area (it is 3 minutes from the gates of Rome) we will definitely return. Compliments

26/03/2025: Our canteen during our short stay in Rome. We went there 2 evenings and 1 lunch for the Spaghetti al vongole. Excellent dishes, a warm welcome and a nice little terrace if the weather permits.
