09/11/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on a street corner after arriving late in Rome. And what a discovery it was when we walked in! A warm welcome, fish specialties with dishes each more delicious than the last (respecting and showcasing the quality of the ingredients), and a very pleasant atmosphere (dining with the local regulars). A special mention goes to the tiramisu for two—pure bliss! In four days, we went three times. So if you're ever in the Vatican area, take a detour to discover this gem of a restaurant; you won't be disappointed. As soon as we're back in Rome, we'll be returning with great pleasure.

11/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Livello 1, and choosing a few first courses turned into a true taste journey. Every bite was an explosion of flavors: the pasta had just the right consistency, the sauce balanced, and the freshest ingredients tasted in every bite. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the service was attentive and warm. Compliments to the chef and all the staff: an experience definitely worth repeating. Highly recommended!

07/10/2025: I stopped by Pappagallo for a quick breakfast and had a good time. The place is lively and always busy, a sign that it's popular. The croissant was warm and really good, and the cappuccino was average. The staff is friendly, if a bit hasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Overall, a good place to start the day without too many expectations.

26/10/2025: It's located near the "Palazzaccio" (Cassazione). The atmosphere is pleasant, especially in the basement... The cuisine features Tupian dishes, the "tonnarelli cacio e pepe" (tonnarelli with cheese and pepper) is excellent, as are the other dishes. Prices are average for Roman trattorias run by ROMANS... stopping for a meal will be a pleasure and a wonderful memory.

10/09/2025: I'd like to start by saying that I've eaten at this restaurant often and have always enjoyed it: the welcoming atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff. That's why I hate to write a negative review, but last night's experience was truly disappointing. As soon as we walked in, the waiter—the guy with the tattoos, to be precise—greeted us coldly, listlessly, almost annoyed by our presence. No greeting, no sign of attention, it seemed as if we weren't welcome. We sat down and waited almost 30 minutes for our menus, which never arrived. Meanwhile, a couple of the waiter's friends arrived at the restaurant. Coincidentally, they were immediately served and greeted with welcome prosecco, water, and menus, in record time and, more importantly, before us, who had been waiting much longer like two fools. At that point, considering the negligence and lack of consideration we'd received, we got up and went somewhere else to eat. It was truly sad to have to leave a place I've always appreciated, but we couldn't ignore such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment. I hope the right action is taken, because it's a shame, especially when such service risks alienating customers who have always loved this place.

17/10/2025: While vacationing here in Rome, Italy ; one evening I was craving for white rice and typical home-cooked Filipino dishes, I found a Filipino restaurant here in the heart of the city. The "Neighborhood " . Had dinner at this restaurant ordered lechon kawali with mang Tomas sauce on the side, pinakbet and rice.. Food was good and cravings satisfied. Claire and Beth were nice. From California.
