07/10/2025: Don't spend your money here! Terrible service. I asked them to heat up a cold cappuccino, but they ignored me. Expensive prices! Everyone is rude.

30/06/2025: I stopped here once before Castel Sant’Angelo, on Via della Conciliazione. The coffee was okay, probably because they use Illy brand. I had one espresso and one orange juice al banco (no table service), and they charged me €6.90. I still don’t understand how that was calculated. The orange juice wasn’t fresh and the glass was only 2/3 full. But the worst part was the attitude of the two baristas – no hello, no “please”, just a very rude and arrogant way of dealing with people. I’ve honestly never seen a place with so many bad reviews. That made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time thing. Seems like most people are unhappy with the quality and service. The location is amazing, but sadly, like many places near tourist landmarks, they don’t care about quality or customer experience. It feels more like a tourist trap.

14/06/2025: Ordered 1 bruschetta that didn’t have a price, got 2 instead (and charged) then got charged for 2 prossuito and cheese and spent $90 on this crap. The waiter insisted on a tip ina country that doesn’t require tips and got upset when I handed him my change for him standing at the door. Awful service, crap food and wasn’t worth the air conditioning we wanted to pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE

13/09/2025: This is a horrible, rip-off place. The menu cost less than 20 euros for a seafood pizza, plus a bottle of house wine and a bottle of sparkling water (as shown in the photo), for two people. They charged over 100 euros for the above, without giving us a detailed bill. Since we weren't in my own country, I couldn't argue and could only pay with tears in my eyes! God bless you 🙏

07/09/2025: SCAM, TOURIST TRAP! We ordered 4 little meatballs and one piece of veal and it cost $28 euros. I thought I was doing a good thing by ordering my son some meat for lunch and we got completely scammed. Ridiculous prices and they definitely took advantage of Canadian tourist.

25/06/2025: I regret not reading the reviews before going because I would have passed. €8 for a slice of frozen pizza with a thick crust, topped with cheese and a few dueling mushrooms. Even at Pizza Hut it would be better! The melon for dessert was bland.

06/09/2025: This isn't the first time we've ordered, but I'll start by saying we've always had a great experience. Tonight, they were 50 minutes late (unclear why, given that the pizzeria says one thing and the delivery driver says another). The guy on the phone was practically useless in finding a solution for customers. I'm just sorry for the delivery driver who got caught up in this through no fault of his own; you've lost customers and earned bad publicity. The pizzas are naturally chewy.

31/08/2025: I ordered pizzas for 8.30/9pm which never arrived. They are not professional and always find excuses. I will never call them again. They may as well close.

12/07/2025: Sporco ovunque e totalmente decadente, piscina dall’acqua verde! Sembra impossibile che sia concessa l’apertura al pubblico di uno stabilimento/ristorante in queste condizioni.

29/06/2025: Con il desiderio di trascorrere una giornata al mare con la mia bimba senza la preoccupazione di cercare parcheggio, mi imbatto, sull’app spiagge.it, in questo lido. Per assicurarmi, oltre all’ombrellone, il posto auto, decido comunque di chiamare la struttura per specificare la mia necessità di fruire del parcheggio (a pagamento). La receptionist accetta la prenotazione, acquisisce i miei dati (un giorno prima), e dunque serenamente affronto 1h di traffico con la mia piccola con la prospettiva di un pranzo sul mare e una serena giornata al sole. Giunta sul posto alle 12:30, un maleducatissimo addetto alla logistica mi ingiunge di andar via perché il parcheggio è pieno e non possono accettare altri ospiti! Gli faccio presente la prenotazione ma non vuol sentire ragioni e mi intima con aggressività di spostarmi immediatamente con l’auto per consentire il passaggio al suo furgone, obbligandomi peraltro ad attraversare una strettoia in cui rischio di distruggere la mia auto. Mai più!

08/11/2025: You might want to grab a coffee, but not at the cost of humanity. I saw one of this café’s staff members kick a woman who was asking for help. It was shocking and absolutely shameful.

03/11/2025: They brought appetizers that weren't ordered and charged us for them on top of charged us for twenty one dollars in dishes that we never received on top of a ten dollar service charge in total was charged ninety five dollars for a thirty six dollar meal.And the pasta was so terrible.I couldn't even finish.It tasted like the meat was spoiled.Definitely.A tourist trap would never go there again.Please don't make the same mistake.

08/10/2025: Beware - tourist rip-off!!! I'm annoyed that I didn't check the reviews for once!!! I should have known better - there are no prices visible! I paid €12 for two scoops of ice cream, to go!!! I thought I was hearing things!!! You also have to pay €1 for the very shabby toilet!!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Elsewhere we paid €2.50 for two scoops of ice cream!!!! Lousy cafe!!!!!

05/10/2025: Not recommended at all. Ordered an Aperol Spritz and a non-alcoholic Aperol. Something else came, not sure if it was non-alcoholic. My husband drank both. Unfortunately, I saw the reviews too late. We were also charged incorrectly and overcharged. Don't go there!

04/11/2025: Unacceptable coffee. The service was terrible, and in the bathroom they require you to leave a tip. If you don't have cash, the man sitting outside insists. Extremely high prices: €30 for two undrinkable coffees! Nowhere on the menu does it say they charge for glasses and cups, or who knows what else. Hi from Greece
