I visited Eat, Artisti del gusto illy during a shopping trip at the Castel Romano Designer Outlet, and the experience was mixed but interesting. The restaurant is located inside the outlet, perfect for a break between shops, and offers pizza, quick dishes, coffee, and snacks, all with the guarantee of Illy coffee, which is truly excellent. The pizza by the slice is light and crispy, with a well-made dough and tasty toppings; it was one of my favorite things. The Illy coffee is also high-quality and perfect for a quick break. The atmosphere is casual and lively, with both indoor and outdoor tables, ideal for a simple stop while shopping. For me, Eat, Artisti del gusto illy is a good stop for a quick break while shopping; the pizza and coffee are good, and the atmosphere is convenient and informal.

Hello friends! I stopped in this elegant bistro for the first time today, despite being a regular downtown patron. A truly superb, frugal meal! What style! I ate a sublime slice of pizza, despite the presence of the barbaric holiday hordes (who continually rudely bumped into me). The guys at the counter were incredibly kind, despite, I repeat, the rudeness of the diners, clearly not accustomed to classy settings! Pizza with a style I would call archaic, but with bold flavors. I've read reviews that are lacking in style, to say the least. Before attacking these poor kids who face you HUNS every day, you should go to a boarding school and take a course in deportment and style! BARBARIANS! VIKINGS! I won't tell you what condition my Prada loafers are in... (Luckily, I was able to escape to Ferri's friends afterward.) Will I be back? Certainly, but not during these days. A rating for the food? 10 out of 10 Do I recommend it? Even to my friends at the Club, but not during these days. CAT ADVICE: A good-looking, well-dressed bodyguard at the entrance to stagger entry and perhaps avoid the presence of these ROAR-ILLUGATED PEOPLE who are totally incapable of distinguishing excellent caviar from a tin of R.M. tuna.
