09/03/2026: Was staying at an AirBnB near Schietto and saw so many positive reviews decided to go with my wife. Greeted by the owner at the door, his wife is the chef…he said he married her after having her chocolate cake when they were teenagers! We had the pasta amatriciana, deep fried artichoke and seared cod with a nice bottle of wine…everything was an absolute 11/10. Don’t see how you can miss with this place…authentic, delicious, great vibe and very reasonable

15/02/2026: A small place in Trastevere, but the aperitif is super special with bruschetta made with local products. The one with coppa, pecorino cheese, and escarole is amazing! Highly recommended, and the owners are super kind! They'll definitely see me again when I return to Rome.

21/02/2026: Ambiance very good and they were able to take our reservation for 10 people. Alina the host took very good care of us. Service very excellent and she was very accommodating to us as tourists. Starters, fried zucchini, buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham were all excellent. House red wine very good. I had the cacio e pepe. Others had the carbonara, sliced sirloin steak, roasted octopus. They also were all excellent, octopus was very tender. The desert completed the entire meal. I couldn’t tell which was the best dessert. We tried the lemon ice cream, tiramisu and pistachio parfait. I loved all the desserts.

11/03/2026: The most delicious, simple but magical pizza I’ve ever had. Small cozy place that feels authentic and warm, their staff were the sweetest people (I even got a Nutella pizza as a gift and they asked me about allergies)! I took it to go and ate them at the Villa Borghese. 10/10 experience, would recommend!

10/03/2026: A quick-service pizza place. The pizza chef has won awards for his work. He personally serves you, along with an employee who's worked there for years. We not only had a delicious pizza, but he also let us try one with Nutella. This one was a gift. Since it's a quick-service place, it has some high stools and a counter.

14/12/2025: An evening with friends. A quiet place, perfect for a chat with other diners. The price was right for the evening we had. The game was on the screen, but it didn't overwhelm the atmosphere.

It's a clean, bright, family-run restaurant, managed brilliantly by Luca, whom I later discovered I already knew. High-quality ingredients, beautifully cooked. Recommended by friends who were a bit skeptical about the specific area of ​​Fiumicino (the sacred island), far from the famous seafront, we were greeted with courtesy and warmth by Luca, a great expert in wines and oils (as well as food, of course). He assisted us and gave us excellent advice on everything, immediately bringing us a taste of their delicious homemade breads as an entrée, to be savored with aromatic extra virgin olive oils (the mandarin one is delicious!) and top-quality water. The Nevaia Tenuta Zagaria Apulia Fiano wine was fabulous. The appetizers were simple but incredibly tasty and exceptionally fresh (burratina with shrimp tartare and beuschettine with anchovies—a must-try!!). The crudités were very fresh and well-prepared (tartare with gazpacho—yum, yum!), even if a bit pricey. All the first courses are delicious (don't miss the sea bream, asparagus, and truffle risotto!) and the second courses aren't terribly varied, but they all guarantee quality and/or freshness. 🔝 The Dolce Cremoso .mcn meringue and dark chocolate are amazing!! Highly recommended Well done 👏👏👏
