I’m visiting from Japan, this pasta was truly on another level. It was the best I’ve ever eaten. Every element—the seasoning, the perfectly seared pork, the noodles, and the sauce—was in total harmony. I was honestly sad to see the plate empty! The wine was also superb and complemented the flavors perfectly.
I also had artichokes for the first time here, which was a treat. And don’t skip the espresso; unlike the bitter versions I’ve had before in Japan, this one was rich and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I truly envy the locals who get to enjoy this amazing food all the time! Highly recommended.

Wonderful little Italian restaurant; I had a superb risotto with asparagus and goat cheese. Thank you so much for a delicious evening with excellent service. The handwritten napkin cards, among other things, show how much heart and soul Mano and his team put into their culinary creations.

Was staying at an AirBnB near Schietto and saw so many positive reviews decided to go with my wife. Greeted by the owner at the door, his wife is the chef…he said he married her after having her chocolate cake when they were teenagers! We had the pasta amatriciana, deep fried artichoke and seared cod with a nice bottle of wine…everything was an absolute 11/10. Don’t see how you can miss with this place…authentic, delicious, great vibe and very reasonable
