31/03/2025: Great dinner, traveling alone and found this for a late night dinner, Food was great and service fantastic

29/03/2025: We presented ourselves to Forma because I'd read that they had vegan options and we told the host that we would eat whatever vegan selections they had. We had the best, most beautiful, artfully presented, delicious meal. Our amuse bouche was bread smeared with truffle foam and black truffles. The olive oil served with the basket of delicious homemade bread was a beautiful verde shade. I normally don't eat oil but I could not resist this and it did not disappoint. Our antipasta was assorted tempura-like fried veggies on a bed of potato foam and a dish with potato foam topped with grilled asparagus, spinach and artichokes. Our primi was a wonderful fettuchini in a very fresh tomato sauce and a risotto in a pumpkin cream with balsamic and hazelnuts. As if we needed more to eat, we ended with an intense raspberry sorbet with a tuille, blueberries and blackberries. Everything was delicious!

16/02/2025: Decisamente uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui abbia mai mangiato, infatti ci torno spesso. Non metto 5 stelle perché l’ultima volta che ci siamo stati abbiamo ‘osato’ chiedere le alici fritte (spettacolari) senza il pecorino a cui erano abbinate nel menu, e gli spaghetti con le vongole (superlativi) senza la verza, e la proprietaria ci ha simpaticamente risposto che forse era il caso ‘di cambiare ristorante’ (parole testuali) rovinandoci un po’ l’atmosfera della serata. (Abbiamo fatto una cosa così grave ? 😅). I ragazzi dello staff invece eccellenti da ogni punto di vista.

17/03/2025: Good typical trattoria located in a beautiful square right under the walls of the Odescalchi-Orsini castle in Bracciano. Friendly and courteous management, good starters, first courses, second courses and also desserts, all well presented. Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

02/03/2025: Elegant restaurant at the foot of the castle for a romantic evening without giving up truly good rustic dishes. The glass of "Mascalzone" red wine is also excellent to accompany a rich platter and an excellent carbonara with truffle. Abundant dishes and punctual service. The waiters are also kind. 20/11/2024: Terrible! Incredible slowness! Fixed menu on the occasion of the village festival with a poor and cheap starter, the polenta arrived after more than an hour and it was a half liquid semolina!

14/04/2025: Nos gustó tanto que comimos aquí dos veces. Gran servicio y helado de calidad. Recomiendo encarecidamente los sabores de avellana y Frigidarium (caramelo de chocolate).

08/04/2025: Ricos y cremosos helados con múltiples de sabores. El de stracciatella está buenísimo. Merece mucho la pena pasear por el barrio disfrutando de un helado.

28/03/2025: Locale non molto grande, arredato con semplicità, ma con gusto, gestito da una gentilissima e bravissima giovane signora etiope. Si mangia con gusto, piatti ben cucinati, senza particolari tempi di attesa. Si beve un ottimo vino "della casa" e si spende il giusto, circa 30 € a testa. Torneremo, su prenotazione, per gustare piatti della cucina etiope.

02/04/2025: Molto tempo è passato dall’ultima in cui (forse per qualche cambiamento in sala e in cucina) non avevo avuto buone sensazioni. Titubante ci sono ritornato e ho ritrovato la stessa atmosfera, cura, cucina, vini che tanto mi piacciono. Ok!

25/03/2025: Recommended place to spend an evening with good food accompanied by quality wine. Let yourself be guided by the innkeeper/owner and the staff, you will not be disappointed. Unique, small, the downside is the slightly high price.

23/03/2025: Very welcoming restaurant, also for the service received, and with uncommon and very good dishes. For a couple's dinner I find it an ideal place🥰. The 6-course starter is highly recommended!!

18/03/2025: We chose this place for a quiet dinner as a couple. Choosing the fixed menu is convenient both for the price and the quantity: 6 small appetizers + 2 offered by the house, first course, second course and side dish. The flavor of the dishes is really good. Personally I recommend the meat dishes which are their specialty (but the risotto was also very good). The staff was very kind and welcoming. Everything perfect, I highly recommend. I will definitely be back!
