24/06/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday here with friends and family, and it was a truly unforgettable experience! From the first contact, the owner Alessia was very kind, super helpful and attentive to every detail: she fulfilled all my requests with rare professionalism. On the day of the party, all the staff were simply perfect: welcoming, smiling and always present without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to Matteo, who personally took care of us and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Truly a great professional! The venue is stunning, perfect for any type of event in any season. Impeccable cocktails, delicious and abundant food, and also the possibility of choosing between different event packages that make the organization very simple. Highly recommended! I couldn't have wished for anything better to celebrate such a special milestone. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team! 💫

18/06/2025: A tiny place with good staff and wine, however it took quite long until our food arrived.

17/06/2025: It's very expensive for what it is! After consulting various websites and guides, it turned out to be a very good place, but I'm actually disappointed! €150 for two without dessert is expensive.

21/06/2025: I experienced one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever attended here, a very beautiful location surrounded by greenery offering everything for the desired context. I ate well and the atmosphere is jovial and informal, very green as I like it, it seems like Tuscany, and in fact I bought a house nearby precisely for the wonderful countryside that distinguishes these places. Everything beautiful, everything good, top wedding! Highly recommended!

29/05/2025: 피쉬카르파초, 트러플파스타, 송아지고기..?, 판나코타와 와인 로마에서의 마지막 저녁을 정말 맛있게 보냈어요 직원들도 친절하고 음식도 맛있고! 분위기도 너무좋았고 화장실도 깨끗하고 예약하고 가길 정말 잘한거같아요! 우리나라보다 간이 쎈건 감안하셔야할것같아요~ Buono!

29/05/2025: BEST SERVICE WE HAVE HAD IN THE TWO WEEK ITALY TRIP! We had an amazing evening at Cipasso, thanks in large part to Frederico. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable—especially when it came to wine. His service truly made our night one of the best we’ve had in Italy. The food was excellent, especially the beef tartare and truffle pasta, but it was Frederico’s hospitality that made the experience unforgettable.

22/06/2025: We used a voucher for a "classic tasting menu". The welcome and care were impeccable. The dining room staff pays the right amount of attention to the guests. A clear sign of professionalism that is not improvised, but of experience and preparation. The courses follow one another to live a real experience. Scents, flavors, colors and shapes are chosen and prepared by an artist. The sommelier suggests wines to accompany the experience with expertise. He understands the guests' choices and guides them to the best choice. Another positive note, not to be taken for granted, is the coffee: usually restaurants offer "anonymous" coffee. In this case, the product offered was superlative. This restaurant is a gem: the chef offers unique creations, the dining room staff puts the customers at ease and the food and drinks are excellent. You have to come back more than once.

29/05/2025: Truly exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, we encountered a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at ease. Amazing selection of excellent cocktail drinks, as well as a vast and refined selection of beers, spirits and liqueurs. The menu offers a delicious range of offerings, all expertly crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a delight, bold flavors and beautiful presentation. Attentive and competent staff provide excellent advice, thus confirming our satisfaction. I can't wait to return to Monte Street Bistrot to explore more of their delicious creations. Absolutely recommended!
