Today was the second time I've eaten at this restaurant and the quality of the products is always top notch, the welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff complete a fantastic culinary experience.

I couldn't wait to try it, and as I imagined, my expectations were far exceeded! The quality of the meat is superb, the carpaccio is exceptional and absolutely a must-try, the meat spaghetti is fabulous, soft and flavorful, the sausage is delicious, and the meat is exquisite. I can only compliment you and tell you that I will definitely be back. The only flaw was the fries: the oil was quite used up and they were really salty... a shame because they also make their own. Excellent value for money, and even though the price may seem a little high, it certainly reflects the quality and generous portions! See you soon!

I went last night with my family. The owners were welcoming and very kind, as were the waiters. The appetizers and meat were delicious. You couldn't ask for anything better. We'll be back again and again.

The meat is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The appetizers are excellent; I recommend the fried meat spaghetti and the artichoke, both Roman-style and Jewish-style. The meat selection is excellent, as is the quality/price ratio. I have a great experience and return often.

We visited Ulivieri and ate top-quality meat. The raw skewers and raw steak were simply exceptional: the ingredients were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. You can immediately sense the quality of the butcher shop behind the restaurant. We also tried other cuts, and all were tasty, well-selected, and showcased without unnecessary frills. Here, the meat is the true protagonist, as it should be. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, with friendly service and a "real" feel, a place where you come to eat well and with satisfaction. A highly recommended place for those who love properly prepared meat, especially those who appreciate high-quality raw ham.

The Ulivieri butcher shop was originally a butcher's shop, but it also offers food service. It's located in Ciampino, on Via Mura dei Francesi, one of the city's main streets. So, it's easy to find, but parking isn't. I recommend parking either in the streetside parking lots, near the bowling alley and walking about 200 meters, or near the church and then walking a short distance. It's nothing earth-shattering, you can do it. Once inside, I was impressed. The shop extends along a long path, with the open counter and kitchen at the end. The location is really well-designed and perfectly conveys the feel of a modern shop. And I say shop because at Ulivieri, you can easily buy products to take home. It's a concept I'd never encountered before, and I really liked it. Even being interrupted during conversation by the clatter of knives and various butcher's equipment is part of the experience, and I didn't find it to be a major drawback. The service was good; the staff was knowledgeable in recommending the various cuts of meat and the timing. Another aspect I appreciated was the relatively small seating capacity. This all contributes to a more intimate atmosphere; there's not too much noise in the dining room, and since you're dealing with fewer orders, you'll have more attention in the kitchen when preparing your dishes. In fact, I ate very well. The carapacci were exceptional; I recommend the scottona one if you want to enjoy a meat that's perhaps less spicy and seasoned, but pure! The other one was also excellent, as was the 3-flavor tartare (with onion, cheese, and artichoke). Next, we opted for a pair of scottona steaks and Danish beef. The meat, cooked to perfection (served on a cutting board and not on a hot griddle, which I prefer), melted in the mouth and was flavorful. Truly excellent. Finally, I ordered what was described on the menu as a "crumble with ricotta and Nutella." It was actually more of a tart, but it was good. I could tell the ricotta was super fresh, and it didn't feel heavy. Between house wine, three bottles of water, desserts, and three coffees, plus everything else you've read, we spent €60 per person (there were six of us). A very fair price; at other steakhouses, I've spent a little more for the same dishes. If you want an authentic, simple experience, like a true, traditional shop, while enjoying excellent products, Macelleria/Bisteccheria Ulivieri is the place for you. It was a wonderful discovery, and I'll definitely be back!

It's the temple of prehistoric, carnivorous man, or what was there before, from appetizers to dessert, all meaty. The bitters from the Kiosk Factory are out of this world. Well done.
