The owners kindly advise on the choice by explaining the characteristics of their delicacies. The hot chocolate, coffee shop and ice cream in season are also excellent. The idea of ​​being able to order personalized chocolate boxes, even with chocolate letters or symbols, to make truly special gifts is interesting.

A kind, friendly, blue-eyed young woman greeted us and was very helpful in guiding us through our selection of dishes. We started with an appetizer and a main course, followed by a typical house first course, which we shared. To finish on a sweet note, a generous slice of Sacher torte. The atmosphere is quiet, frequented by ordinary but polite people, who contribute to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. An absolutely positive review: it's not a place for those seeking refinement, but for those who appreciate old-fashioned trattorias where food, hospitality, and authenticity are the main features.

04/08/2025: There was no cart and we didn't know what to have, but they were extremely helpful and prepared a brilliant Friuli food experience for us as a family. Great food, great service. Great place to visit to have authentic food from that region.

12/06/2025: One of the best ice cream shops in Udine and the surrounding area. Very good flavors, even special ones. Fair prices especially considering that everything is gluten-free. The entire place is gluten-free, so it's perfect for celiacs. The place is very small and there are very few seats inside, so it's suitable for the classic ice cream to go or to take away.

02/06/2025: The ice cream is good, unfortunately I had a bad experience: the hazelnut was finished and when I complained about the scoop I was told that it was enough, when it was clear that you couldn't even make half a scoop. Given what a scoop costs I would have expected a different behavior.

19/07/2025: I recently returned to "da Gina," a restaurant that years ago inspired a scene in my debut novel. The years have passed, but its strengths remain the same: excellent cuisine, featuring fresh vegetables from the garden and the best of Carnia's traditional food and wine, attentive and friendly service, and prices well below average. All this in the majestic and evocative setting of the mountains. But what makes this place magical is that, behind it all, there's a family that for years has run a business with dedication and passion that faithfully and respectfully captures the flavors, colors, and aromas of the splendid Sigilletto. Not only will I return, but I think I'll set a few more scenes in my next novel there. Highly recommended.

18/07/2025: We stayed for 5 days with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and professional, the food is amazing, the location is simple but very clean and welcoming. A jewel nestled in a magical, well-kept location, the surrounding mountains are breathtaking, the woods and meadows are a plethora of intense and radiant greens. Crystal-clear waters are the backdrop everywhere... For me, a fairytale!
