the food was good... the staff was always friendly.
07/06/2026: We stopped for something to eat and sat down OUTSIDE ON THE TERRACE. We ordered a drink and an ashtray, and were told there was no smoking outside. We stood up and said thank you and goodbye. Also, NO, too bad.

23/11/2025: I'm starting from the premise that I've always enjoyed the hospitality and quality of the place, and my family and I have always been regulars, but this time I can't say the same.
Upon our arrival, we were "greeted" by the gentleman who manages and escorts customers to their tables. The welcome was very rude and surly. We simply asked politely for a table for a drink, but our request seemed "slow" and indirect to the gentleman, so he arrogantly asked me sarcastically if I were a Carabiniere...
I've never seen such abrupt and inappropriate manners.
All this was unnecessary, and even the other people in line were shocked.
I have nothing to complain about the rest of the staff, except that they are very kind and helpful.
21/11/2025: Menu with particular dishes, typical but revisited. I ate a really good burger with frico and apple mustard. Excellent service, very friendly staff. I'll be back.

15/03/2026: Friendly, everything very good but nothing exceptional, so much so that I honestly don't see any point in the heavy surcharge.
12/03/2026: Definitely, considering the food itself: plating, quality, and quantity... too expensive. Friendly staff, beautiful interior... then we had a long wait between the first and second courses... forgotten? So much so that the table next to ours complained about it. The desserts were on a trolley, right in the middle of the room, warm and without any covering... I might add, an entrecote of maybe 100/130g... €35. Not good enough!

01/06/2026: Very tasty pizza, with a thin and crispy crust. We ordered the Buffalina—it was a delight for the palate. It was topped with fresh cherry tomatoes. It was great that we could eat it there instead of taking the pizza back to the hotel. The service was friendly and welcoming. We recommend this place!
16/04/2026: Excellent experience at Europizza. The "Poldo" is truly delicious: tasty, well-filled, and made with quality ingredients. Fast service, and everything was very satisfying. Recommended!

30/06/2026: We had a custom cake made, providing photos of how it was supposed to look. The result was EXCELLENT, and the birthday girl was super happy.
12/06/2026: Superlative pastry, worthy of an Olympic gold medal. Unfortunately, the space is low and narrow, so the echo of dishes, cups, and voices can be unbearable at times. It's better to sit outside in the summer. The only flaw is the service: the owner is annoyingly arrogant, and the authoritarian way she treats her employees is annoying. Apparently, my opinion on this aspect is widely shared. It's a shame. She should reconsider her attitude. Her attitude penalizes the rest of the place.

08/03/2026: We ordered pizzas by the meter for a department party. The party took place at the end of January, but the food was so inconvenient that I wanted to forget about the experience. Today, I walked past it and remembered I hadn't reviewed the incident.
Terrible response!
The pizza was cold and tasteless, but still not the worst thing. I had spoken to the owner to negotiate a price within our budget, and they only changed the price upon collection (obviously increasing it). A rude and disrespectful gesture, but totally in line with the rudeness of the lady on the phone who, instead of apologizing, offered senseless excuses. Not recommended, I won't be returning!
