09/08/2026: A very interesting visit to the ham factory. San Daniele production is still almost entirely artisanal. We had an excellent lunch, where we tasted the various cuts of San Daniele, the speck from the thigh, and the salami produced at the ham factory. €64 for two (without wine). Recommended.

09/06/2026: A choice beyond our expectations after reading some already excellent reviews. This beautiful restaurant is a bit hidden on a street in the center of San Daniele, but that gives it an extra touch! For lunch with a friend, we sat at the very comfortable and shaded outdoor tables; the inside dining room is truly charming and welcoming. After perusing the extensive and by no means predictable menu, we ordered prosciutto and stracciatella to share, both very good and of high quality. Followed by tagliolini with San Daniele cheese and polenta and frico: everything was to our liking. The glasses of Friulian white wine and the prosecco were excellent and fresh. The service was friendly, helpful, and well-timed. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for the pleasant experience 🤗

The elegant, well-kept atmosphere perfectly suited to the institutional context, combining sobriety and refinement. Special praise goes to the courtesy and kindness of the staff, especially the owner Anna, who helped create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for everyone in attendance. Finally, the food was excellent: beautifully presented and plentiful. Excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

29/07/2026: The appalling service significantly detracts from the quality of the products offered, despite the rather high price. For a table of five, the waiter would turn his back and leave almost immediately after ordering a single drink, and subsequent drinks were served at five-minute intervals. A change in staff would immediately increase the bill. In conclusion, the service ruins everything.
