13/04/2026: I was looking for a restaurant close enough to Villa Manin, and Google suggested Il Piron dal Re. Inspired by the excellent reviews, my friend and I decided to give it a try, and we weren't disappointed! The location is welcoming and well-maintained. The owner, very friendly, was friendly and always ready to offer advice. We ate divinely. We'll definitely be back. The price was in line with the quality of the product. 5 well-deserved stars.

21/04/2026: The food and service were excellent, as were the wines (both house wines and bottled). We finished with complimentary grappa and bitters. I particularly appreciated the fact that, unlike many other restaurants, the five of us were served at the same time, avoiding having to keep other diners waiting for their dishes.

07/04/2026: Looking at the menu online, we expected to find grilled meats. I don't know if it's because it was Easter, so they might have a special menu, but we had a great time anyway. The staff were professional and welcoming, the place was clean, and the food was very good. Thanks to the waitress's kindness, my son tried the tiramisu (he never eats desserts other than ice cream) and he loved it. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: Good morning, last night I ordered A 007 pizza, plus fries, and a horse officer. Takeout for 7:45 PM, everything perfect, time respected. I've always ordered from them and never had any problems. I live close to the pizzeria, so it shouldn't have happened (my husband went because they don't deliver on Saturdays). My pizza was cold, the fries were cold and not crispy... it wasn't the pizza I've always enjoyed. No stringy mozzarella, a disappointment. I paid €21.50. And at 8:00 PM I picked it up, and I even have the receipt to prove it. I don't think the pizza will arrive cold due to the road weather.

15/04/2026: The place is spacious, well-maintained, and pleasant even just for a drink. It wasn't particularly crowded, which we appreciated because it was quiet. The service was good, with friendly and helpful waiters. The quality of the products is good, and the food is good. The prices are moderately high, but in line with the quality and type of place. Overall, a pleasant place to stay and one I would gladly return to.

07/04/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant for Easter Monday, everything was delicious. We opted for the à la carte menu. For starters, we ordered the taglierissimo, an excellent variety of cold cuts accompanied by vegetables and a delicious focaccia. We then had a pizza stirata, also delicious, filled with quality ingredients. Some of us also ordered a large grilled meat, good and perfectly cooked. The staff was very attentive and very courteous, attentive to our every request, even though the place was crowded and everyone was very busy. What can I say? Everything was great, I highly recommend it.

Here I found a rare welcome: the staff is highly trained, but with that natural kindness and friendliness that makes you instantly relax. The food was a real surprise. I tried a cuttlefish dish that, despite being Sicilian, I struggle to remember a better one. The place specializes in gluten-free, and even though I'm not a fan, I was amazed: the dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and flavorful, so much so that you barely notice the difference. A special place where passion shines through in every detail. I'll definitely be back.

You always leave feeling like you've tasted something authentic, profoundly Friulian. A place that celebrates the region with passion and authenticity. Highly recommended.

The dishes are freshly made, carefully prepared, and made with fresh ingredients. All prices are displayed. The owner is the real asset: friendly, approachable, and always attentive to her customers. A place we go often. Generous appetizers, which I would describe as "reinforced." It's worth noting that you can buy what you consume. Highly recommended!
