30/06/2024: La mia prima volta in questo locale, su indicazione di amici. Non facile da trovare, ma con il navigatore ci si arriva. Locale pulito, personale gentile e pronto. Affettati e formaggio molto buoni, pane eccezionale. Ampia scelta (per essere un agriturismo) di primi e secondi. Cibo decisamente buono. Vino locale. Tiramisù eccezionale e in porzione generosa. Grappa alla Luisa ottima. Per chiudere conto più che accettabile. Da ritornarci.

30/03/2025: Ancient trattoria in the heart of Rive d'Arcano, small and very welcoming environment; friendly and helpful staff. Dinner with 2 starters, raw San Daniele with top cheese and Gnotul starter, with very tasty quail eggs and various cold cuts. Continued with chicken pieces with delicious sauce and very soft cut; Austrian black beans and late radicchio. Finished with creme brulee. Digestive offered and affordable price. Must try again!!!

23/03/2025: It's a truly enchanting restaurant, my all time favorite!!!!!! The cleanliness of the place is excellent, the food is exquisite and the desserts are a delight for the palate! Both the managers and the staff are very kind and do everything to satisfy the customer: the atmosphere is truly familiar!!!!

20/03/2025: What can I say, we got there after seeing an advertisement that said fixed menu also on Saturdays (which seemed strange to me, but if you find it on a post advertised on the restaurant page I believe it, 1pm empty restaurant and a bit chilly atmosphere, a lady welcomes us, when I ask for the fixed menu she replies that there is no Saturday and that the advertisement I saw is wrong, that whoever manages the fb page was wrong (to this day it is still on the page). She didn't apologise. So-so pizza, very good the schnitzel with chips is good.

01/03/2025: We went on a Friday evening to try the giropizza (available from Wednesday to Friday at a cost of €13 per person, excluding drinks and cover charge). Giropizza consists of eating special, particular pizzas, which arrive at the table divided into parts based on how many you are eating. You can eat up to two pizzas each (so if there are 5 of you, up to a maximum of 10 pizzas) and it always ends with the Nutella pizza. The service is very fast unlike other pizza places where you wait a long time between one slice and another and the pizza is shallow and very light. We ate the pineapple and parmesan pizza; pizza with speck, courgette, asiago; pizza with pumpkin cream, radicchio and smoked ricotta; pizza with sausage, corn, onion; pizza with Mortadella, balsamic glaze; pizza with cheese, pepper, onion and pizza with buffalo mozzarella, rocket, cherry tomatoes. We didn't even manage to reach the maximum limit of 10 pizzas. The waitress who served us was very friendly and helpful, she even gave us a candle to put on the Nutella pizza to celebrate a friend of ours. So recommended giropizza and pizzeria! You just have to be ready to eat flavors you wouldn't eat every day and to have hungry companions 😁

12/12/2024: I don't understand how this place that had the best ice cream in Udine can be closed. I hope I'm temporarily alone. The ice cream was of maximum creaminess with very mild, pure and natural tastes, without being too mixed with sugars or additives.

24/02/2025: I really like this meat place in the center. When we can, we always come back! The dishes are special, not just the meat, but all of them. The staff is very kind and professional. Another level compared to the restaurants in Udine. It's worth it, chapeau.

09/02/2025: Ho ricevuto in regalo un buono di degustazione 4 portate per una persona, credevo di scoprire un'entusiasmante realtà, purtroppo non è stato così. Anche perché lo stesso menù veniva proposto anche per chi non aveva il buono, e l'eventuale cambio delle portate riguardava entrambi i commensali, non l'ho trovato corretto. Deludente il vino indicato per ogni portata, l'alcool non può disturbare la gola e coprire il gusto dei piatti.... Servizio...troppi fronzoli, arrivano ad infastidire la persona anche perché la professionalità è dettata dal saper cogliere chi hai davanti a te. Il troppo.....e il niente.... fanno lo stesso effetto.

09/02/2025: Una fantastica esperienza a partire dal servizio impeccabile e con dei piatti buonissimi che ti permettono di scoprire nuovi gusti e abbinamenti che lasciano le papille gustative estasiate! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e provare altri piatti deliziosi!!!

10/03/2025: Local dishes with genuine ingredients with some variations to satisfy different palates. Choice of courses deliberately restricted to the products available depending on the season. Various bottled wines also available. Recently renovated place of historical origins located on state road 52 bis. Check the availability of the parking space in the car park. However, you can find space in another adjacent car park. Recommended for the tasty local dishes.

09/03/2025: They told me that they have changed management but this cannot be a reason to give a low rating but rather terrible service and typical dishes that do not maintain the taste of the territory! It should be a tavern/restaurant but in reality it seemed more like an aperitif/bar where confusion reigns supreme...

22/03/2025: This restaurant deserves the award EXCEPTIONAL! It is small but nice, so you should definitely reserve in advance. It has a small outdoor area. About a good 30 to 40 seats inside. Fish is highly recommended, because the kitchen knows how to prepare it with perfect taste and a sensational presentation that is also pleasing to the eye. Not inferior is the service, which also deserves the rating EXCELLENT. Here the filleting takes place directly at the table and the feast for the eyes begins before the palate can rejoice. The wines are priced absolutely moderately and you can best order several of them in a larger group to suit your heart's mood. All in all, this visit is definitely worth the trip and the price-performance ratio is very attractive in international comparison. PS: If you like my review, I'd be happy to give it a thumbs up! 😁👍

10/02/2025: Un posto dove mangiare una buona cucina tipica dai sapori genuini in un ambiente accogliente. Il menù con specialità carniche ben preparate assieme a cordialità e simpatia da parte del titolare fanno si che l'esperienza sia assolutamente positiva. Particolare la saletta interna, una vera e propria grotta.

11/01/2025: Ottimi piatti, ci è piaciuto tutto! Il titolare è stato molto gentile dalla chiamata per la prenotazione al pagamento! Se volete pranzare o cenare nella grotta è meglio chiamare con largo anticipo in quanto ci sono solo 3 tavoli e spesso sono occupati! Ci torneremo sicuramente.
