Update: We were guests again and it was fantastic! Since the pandemic, adjustments have been made to the prices and portion sizes – as is the case everywhere in the restaurant industry. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is very good. We have been guests several times a year for years and always come back. Consistent quality and open all year round – not a seasonal establishment.

We ordered four lovely dinners, lasagna and three fantastic seafood dishes, sea bass and spaghetti with various mussels, shells, crayfish and more. The food was just fantastic. The fish was much better than similar ones I have eaten in Croatia. Brilliant service and lovely premises. A large premises, but quiet and nice atmosphere. Professional and friendly staff. So sad we have to leave tomorrow. This place is definitely worth visiting again. Highly recommended.

We thought it was a simple seafood restaurant, but considering how much we spent... 50 euros each, without dessert... we were, without realizing it, in the best restaurant worthy of Marano. Too much money for a place that's even nice, but which is still a little more than a trattoria.

A wonderful discovery. This restaurant is on the way to Lignano. We stopped here on our way back. The quality was very good; the fried food was very dry and the dishes were tasty. The prices were fair. Very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

Trattoria alle Valanghe

23/04/2026: A great experience at this trattoria! We really appreciated both the quality of the food, which was traditional and truly delicious, and the organization: despite calling at the last minute, they found us a table in just 20 minutes. The dining room was a bit cramped, but the atmosphere was still welcoming. A special mention goes to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Recommended!

07/06/2026: The furniture is a little bit old but it adds to the charm. Very good food for excellent prices. Only the soft drinks were a bit expensive. Overall we loved it!!
02/06/2026: We had mussels Taranto-style and spaghetti with seafood, which we accidentally arrived on our motorbike returning from Croatia. The food was good and everything was very tasty. The service was friendly and efficient. I'll be back!
