The service was incredibly fast and friendly, and throughout the evening I was impressed by the professionalism of the wait staff, not only through their interactions with our own tables but also with those at other tables.
The dishes offered were all better than the last: starting with the appetizers, my partner and I had fried "fake calamari" (mushroom-based, but practically indistinguishable from the taste of real calamari, thanks to a delicious, crunchy, and light breading) and a cashew burratina. We then moved on to an amazing vegan carbonara and a vegan lamb en croute (delicious, super flavorful, and with the perfect texture). We finished with some amazing vegan cheeses: blue cheese, brie, and ricotta, our three favorites!
I should also add that I approached this dinner with active and lively gastritis, and for the first time in weeks, I was able to eat my fill without experiencing the classic symptoms of digestive difficulty.
The excellent quality of the ingredients is evident, and the chef uses them to the fullest, enhancing them and creating light yet incredibly flavorful dishes.
Finally, the bill was absolutely reasonable for the more than satisfactory quality and quantity.
As I told the chef at the end of the evening, they'll see us again!

Let's start from the beginning:
The reservation was easy, with a response that clearly shows what you're about to experience...
You arrive and have to ring a bell to enter.
An elegant setting, where you immediately feel at ease.
A warm and friendly welcome.
You find yourself in a stunning lounge.
Moving on to the food, we sampled traditional Marche dishes prepared with exceptional skill.
Everything was extraordinary, accompanied by an excellent rosé wine.
Even the desserts were delicious...
Everything was EXCELLENT!!!

07/02/2026: After years, I returned to this secluded little place on the upper floor of the Città Fiera, across from the cinema, and as expected, I was incredibly happy and satisfied.
The dishes are all made with care and attention. As always, and since I was little, I've remained faithful to the "Arabian Nights" dish because it's delicious and filling. The kebab is light and the potatoes are excellent. Their falafels are delicious and crispy, and the hummus is also truly superb.
Their bread is made fresh, and I absolutely adore it; I could eat it until I burst.
The desserts are delicious, just the baklava, which is a little too sweet.
The waiters are very kind, helpful, and cheerful. The service is excellent and attentive.
The place is welcoming and personally manages to convey a wonderful sense of calm.
Overall, this little place is truly a gem worth trying!
14/12/2025: Restaurant with friendly staff, very attentive to customer requests. Good, fresh food, well-presented, fair price. We had appetizers and main courses. We left feeling full and satisfied, we will definitely be back!

The place is small but clean and well-kept, simple, and not noisy.
The kitchen is open.
The staff is friendly and fast. We ate very well, the portions were just right, and we left feeling very satisfied.
Another place where you can finally treat yourself without overspending.
They have refrigerators with vacuum-packed ready-made dishes for purchase and consumption at home. This is also a great idea.
Large parking lot.
25/01/2026: I contacted Note di Gusto for two private events, and I was very pleased with both the quality of the food and Luca's availability! I highly recommend them.

16/04/2026: Everything was excellent, the worst flaw being the owner, who indulged in behavior that was, in my opinion (and others) quite shameful and disgraceful.
We won't be returning, given the type of person running this business.
11/04/2026: Excellent meat, extremely kind and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, given the crowds in a central hub of Città Fiera, the wait times are a bit long, but the hospitality of the waitresses makes them pleasant (sometimes even just a smile makes all the difference).

14/08/2025: I just called to reserve a table right now. They hung up on me because I asked to reserve a table for tomorrow in Catalan. I called back and told them that if they didn't understand me, they should ask me to change the language and that I was being very rude.
10/08/2025: We ordered takeout, and the fries were raw and mushy. The burgers said they had glazed bread, but they didn't have glazed bread; they were just regular bread. I ordered them without vegetables because of an allergy, but they served both burgers with vegetables. €42 for two burgers and some poor-quality fries. Terrible, a disaster.
