The staff is smart and fast, which makes the experience even more enjoyable, especially when you enter a new place and want to immediately understand what they're made of. ​The Final Verdict ​Finding a place like this by chance was a stroke of luck. Happy Days passes the test the first time with excellent marks. It's the ideal choice for those seeking quality and quantity in a relaxed atmosphere. If you're in Cividale and want a sandwich that really does its job, this is the place. ​My advice: Don't be fooled by the simple appearance. Go straight for the fried chicken sandwich: it's the positive anomaly that will have you coming back a second time.

12/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Very nice, well-kept place, and everything in order. The fireplace in the center of the room is very special. The dishes are exquisite. Excellent mixed cold cuts, exceptional tagliatelle with truffles, mixed porcini mushroom platter 🍄‍🟫 delicious. Very satisfied, definitely recommended. A sure thing. 👏🏻👏🏻

28/01/2026: This restaurant isn't easy to find, as it's tucked away on a quiet street, but once you've discovered it, it's worth it. The atmosphere is that of a classic restaurant, but the dishes are of remarkable quality and reasonably priced. The mushroom or fish tastings are interesting, along with a six-course meal consisting of various dishes.

23/04/2026: A beautiful and welcoming little inn. Spotlessly clean and right in the center with convenient parking. Their desserts are fantastic.

21/04/2026: A very nice little hotel. Clean, pleasant rooms, friendly staff, great bike storage, and stylishly furnished! Everything was great, we'll definitely be back! A fantastic breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired!

10/04/2026: An exceptional lunch, to say the least. In a charming location. The staff was friendly, discreet, kind, and helpful. I tried the blueberry risotto with lard and saffron cream, fabulous. As a starter, beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese, walnuts, and sesame seeds was fabulous. A glass of wine and for dessert, Cuban pasta with strucchi and sligoviza... coffee, water... the price is worth it... congratulations.

Excellent traditional Sicilian dishes, plus a gluten-free menu designed for celiacs, offering a variety of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and even dessert (cannoli, granitas). The dishes were generous and incredibly tasty. Everything was truly delicious. We'll definitely be back!

04/04/2026: Very welcoming bar and pizzeria, a little noisy, but it's a bar after all, so I'd say... cheerful! Delicious pizzas, with a really varied selection. Excellent HB beers. Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommended.

11/12/2025: While visiting Cividale, I stopped for lunch at this tavern, just steps from the Devil's Bridge and just as close to the Celtic Hypogeum and the Lombard Temple. It's a fantastic location. It was a very pleasant little step back in time. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is very helpful and attentive, and the service is very fast. I had the veal cheeks with mushrooms and polenta. Delicious.

29/03/2026: We stopped for lunch after a walk and were amazed by the beautiful location of the place where we could eat. The dishes are very good. Obviously, quality comes at a price, but in this case the prices are in line with the quality. Another plus is that you can bring your dog, although we ate outside because there was no seating inside. A positive experience.

25/03/2026: We often return to these hills, and Trattoria alla Pineta is a must! The goulash with baked potatoes was amazing, and the homemade gnocchi with wild boar ragù were equally delicious. Giulia's desserts are delicious and spectacular. Prices are reasonable. The sunset over the hills is breathtaking.

14/03/2026: A quaint and unique location. I really enjoyed the rice arancini, pasta with sardines, and octopus. Quality dishes are prepared with passion by the owner himself, assisted by his skilled staff. The wait staff also works with passion and always has a smile. The wine selection is excellent, both Sicilian and international. Highly recommended.

09/01/2026: We've been eating here for years and have always had a great time. I didn't take any photos, but last time my wife and I had Moroccan lentils, hummus, and pita bread. Everything was excellent. Next time, we'll try the bean stew. See you soon.
