01/11/2025: Everything was perfect, the place was very welcoming, I recommend it.

31/10/2025: The pizza was very good, but it was a shame that the tables were too close to each other; the place was crowded and therefore very noisy.

02/04/2026: Regular customers at this pizzeria for years, last night we ordered four takeout pizzas as usual. We specifically asked if it was possible to have a baby pizza for a child and were told yes; otherwise, we would have easily chosen another option without any problem. Once we got home, my pizza contained an ingredient I'd asked to be removed (as has happened many times before, but which we've always overlooked), and the child's pizza was prepared in a regular size and charged full price. When I called to report the situation, the response was unprofessional and arrogant. I was told that mistakes happen (but shouldn't happen so often) and that nothing would change for the baby pizza. When I offered a future discount, since I couldn't return to pick up just one pizza and considering we're regular customers, the lady on the phone replied, "First of all, you don't decide anything," and then ended the call with a "good evening" while I was still talking. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what makes the difference is the way you handle the customer, especially when it comes to (now ex-) regular customers.

22/02/2026: Once in a generation, a restaurant opens in Lignano that becomes a meeting place for residents, both for the quality of its offerings and its family atmosphere. Naturally, word spreads, and tourists also slowly come over and enjoy the food. Equally naturally, there are those who are dissatisfied because they didn't get the attention they thought they deserved, or because the portions weren't generous or the prices weren't the lowest. We thank them and invite them to look elsewhere!

21/12/2025: We ate very well, and paid a fair price. The staff was friendly and helpful; even without a reservation, they found a solution to accommodate us.

24/02/2026: I only used the hotel and only for the night between Sunday and Monday. The check-in staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were fully equipped with heating and air conditioning.

21/01/2026: We once again appreciated the restaurant's quality for our Christmas Eve dinner. The à la carte menu was sufficiently varied and featured typical local and regional dishes. Everything was very well prepared and beautifully served, in a traditional and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very attentive to customer service, masterfully coordinated by the owner. A true testament to our quality. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms.

07/02/2026: I feel at home here! ...even better sometimes!... Politeness, respect, and courtesy are always the pillars of this renowned Tolmezzo establishment. The restaurant is always meticulously prepared, focusing on the quality of the ingredients (the first courses are excellent, especially the saffron gnocchi!) and the variety of the culinary offerings. The pizza is a must-try, featuring a highly digestible dough that I always pair with the ever-present and excellent bottled red beer, Zahre di Sauris! I choose it and frequent it often because it represents a solid point of reference and never disappoints expectations. I may be biased, but my analysis is objective nonetheless, reflecting authenticity and Carnic intellectual honesty. It always favors those who have the vocation of always offering the best of themselves in what they do and how they present it. Cleanliness and order in the dining room complete the package for a full and satisfying assessment of the overall perceived and experienced service. 15/03/2026: Pizza ordered through Just Eat. It arrived cold, as pictured. I'm reheating it in the oven. And to top it off, it had a burnt edge. I'm sorry, but you can't do something like this! 20 euros for dinner.

10/03/2026: The menu is perfect, balanced between tradition and innovation. Portions are adequate and service is prompt. The only flaw is the feeling that expanding the restaurant has somewhat detracted from its previous intimate feel... Perhaps, in my personal opinion, it would have been better to open a second restaurant with a different but similar focus. In any case, it's one of the best in downtown Udine, but it lacks an outdoor seating area.

01/02/2026: Excellent osteria where you can eat Friulian cuisine revisited in an elegant way. We had a great time, the service was impeccable and very fast, the wine list obviously highlights local labels, and the price was in line with the type of restaurant.

01/02/2026: Warm and welcoming atmosphere with a charming outdoor view. The menu is a carefully curated blend of tradition and a touch of innovation. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts, all truly delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, friendly, and fast, with the (unsurprising) added bonus of attentive service to our two 10-month-old children. Highly recommended!

21/12/2025: Old-fashioned flavors, a nice atmosphere, and moderate prices. They have a good red-pezzata fillet, fried lasagna (special)... But what really struck me was the Gorizia rose...after finishing everything, after dessert, I ate another plate!

04/04/2026: If you are looking for a place to grab a drink on the go or settle in for laughs with friends, this osteria is the perfect spot. It has a fantastic, lively atmosphere right in the heart of Udine. Even though English isn't widely spoken here, the service was impeccable. The staff are incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and ready to help regardless of the language barrier. We had 1.2L of the house Friulano white wine and 11 different "tartine" (bread pieces topped with salami, mortadella, cheese, etc.). The total was €42, a very reasonable price for such a great experience in the center of town. Make sure to pay them a visit!

11/03/2026: We stopped here for a business lunch: the very friendly owner immediately puts you at ease. We ordered a pizza to share, and I have to say it was really good. Then came the risotto with basil cream, cavolo nero, and monkfish. I'm not a big fan of fish, but this was incredible. Hats off!
