26/08/2024: Beautiful location, pretentious food and horrible service! The waitress with glasses who served us had absolutely no manners and was extremely RUDE! She was extremely disrespectful, screamed at me in front of my small child for absolutely no reason then argued about how she was right! She has no business talking to anyone in that manner much less paying clients! She should work in a barn far away from any customer service positions! I will never go back to this place again no matter how beautiful it looks. i was extremely disappointed with the service and the food was nothing special. If this woman would be working in any major city outside of a small village she would have been fired on the spot long ago!!! Over priced for the terrible service and bla food! Very disappointed!!!

04/09/2024: I knew it as a pizzeria, but this time we wanted to try the fish and it was all very good. The mixed hot-cold starter was excellent and the first courses were good and plentiful. The fried calamari is perfect.

09/07/2024: A great place to enjoy good crudo in San Daniele. The portions are generous and the quality is good. An old-fashioned traditional place where the focus is on substance at the right price without many frills. I always give the fifth star as an added value, where in addition to eating well I feel welcomed like family. In any case there is a high probability of returning when I pass through San Daniele!

07/07/2024: Excellent raw ham is served with breadsticks and ordinary bread. The only accompaniment is pickles and cheese. Not finding a menu and relative price displayed was not to my liking.

29/07/2024: historic pizzeria where you can eat pizza roses, which many try to imitate; the pizzas are also decidedly good, especially in an era in which only "Neapolitan" pizzerias are rampant, every now and then you need a nice, thin and light pizza; the staff is kind and attentive, the only flaw unfortunately is the temperatures, unfortunately in the summer it is unlivable inside, we could think about an update of the air conditioning system 🙏🏻🥹

07/07/2024: Search for quality raw materials. The manager's great knowledge and preparation on the history and origin of Chianina. Beautiful display and explanation of the dishes accompanied by an excellent choice of quality wines to match.

05/09/2024: By far the best Spaghetti Vongole I have ever eaten. The queue was worth it! Although the queue in front of the restaurant was very long, things moved very quickly. Nice waitresses who give you patient advice. Generous portions, reasonable prices.

01/08/2024: I don't know if political correctness will censor my review, however I wanted to say that whoever writes the review here for the pizza being good has probably never eaten a good pizza, in my opinion it's practically cardboard. Now I don't know if they have two different ways of making it, i.e. for takeaway and on-site consumption, but I've given you 2 and a half possibilities, after having had over 5 pizzas in total I can say that it literally sucks; 1.for the exaggerated price for the quality it is 2.for how the pizza looks 3.for the poor basic ingredients. If you change pizza chef or ingredients I will probably return. EDITED DUE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE No. The other negative review you mention from another user is NOT related to me. Yes. Unfortunately, the venue is yours. No. I won't remove my review until I try it again, and I find it difficult. If you haven't received any negative ones in the last 2 years, it doesn't concern me, but in part it does because they "got me" with what was written above, I trusted the reviews and wanted to try. Yes. Unfortunately I didn't eat the cardboard because you don't consider it edible yet. What I reported above was not to my liking. 29/07/2024: I really love this place, the wines are great and the food excellent. Small example... The canapé with cooked ham and kren can make me cry...😂 And I'm from Trieste.... A few words to the wise!

13/07/2024: Beautiful tavern, friendly and helpful staff, quality and refined products but all spoiled by the fact that the heat inside the place is unbearable. This could be done in 2024, too bad....
