Bright place, friendly and helpful service, the waitress was very patient and knowledgeable, the prosciutto was melt-in-your-mouth, the appetizer was a nice, hefty plate, I ordered a trio of first courses of my choice, which were excellent, and the prosecco was also very good. I had a great time and will definitely be back.

On a business trip, we had the pleasure of dining at this prosciutto shop. Despite the name, we didn't try prosciutto, but we opted for a very good Frico and a truly noteworthy pork chop, even though we were already full from the Frico we'd eaten as an appetizer. We'll definitely be back to try something else.

21/12/2025: Old-fashioned flavors, a nice atmosphere, and moderate prices. They have a good red-pezzata fillet, fried lasagna (special)... But what really struck me was the Gorizia rose...after finishing everything, after dessert, I ate another plate!

Trattoria alle Valanghe

23/04/2026: A great experience at this trattoria! We really appreciated both the quality of the food, which was traditional and truly delicious, and the organization: despite calling at the last minute, they found us a table in just 20 minutes. The dining room was a bit cramped, but the atmosphere was still welcoming. A special mention goes to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Recommended!
