23/08/2024: We were on the Alpe-Adria cycle path and stopped in Chiusaforte for 1 night. Rooms simple but very clean. Best food, a very nice host. Only recommended!!!

26/08/2024: Molto cortesi e gentili, ci hanno servito un frico in due piatti. Solo il locale è un po' datato e il bagno da sistemare. Per il resto abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti della tradizione.
25/08/2024: Characteristic place near the center of Cervignano where you can taste typical Friuli dishes. We took a cheese cake made with natural ingredients (FRICO) and various local cured meats. All very good in a rustic and familiar environment. Recommended for those in the area

ritrovato un accoglienza e una cura di ogni cosa eccellente. Pare che la mission del locale sia quella di farti stare straordinariamente bene.
Per quanto ci riguarda, obbiettivo raggiunto.
Ero con mia moglie per festeggiare il suo compleanno, abbiamo fatto un aperitivo nell'accogliente giardinetto e poi ci siamo accompagnati dati all'interno.
Particolari e menù li trovate sul loro sito.
Noi possiamo solo testimoniare la gentilezza, l'attenzione, la cura nel raccontare quanto veniva servito in tavola.
Portate eccellente ti nell'accostamento originale dei sapori, e bellissime agli occhi.
Un'esperienza sensoriale e un divertimento unico.
Grazie per la splendida serata.

16/06/2024: Location raffinata, servizio impeccabile, personale sempre presente senza essere assillante e con un sorriso che non guasta mai. Cibo eccezionale, un mix di sapori sapientemente mescolati tra di loro e magistralmente presentati. Ogni piatto sembra un quadro. Bella la possibilità di mangiare con in abbinamento, al posto della selezione vini, con una selezione di bibite analcoliche. Gradito l'omaggio finale (marmellata artigianale di fragole e gruè di cacao.....deliziosa). In quattro con 4 aperitivi, 4 menù degustazione, 3 abbinamento vini e 3 liquori alla fine abbiamo speso €1154

31/07/2024: Nice to come across places like Dal Piciul by chance, finding it on our route. Very kind owner and staff, starter (beef for me and salmon for my girlfriend) and first courses (cold broth and tortelli) super tasty. To close, an excellent tiramisu. Very nice and welcoming place. I hope to be in these parts soon otherwise I'll wait for you in Amsterdam ;)
28/07/2024: We found this place by chance, going to visit the nearby Corniolo lake. The staff was very kind and welcoming, even though we arrived near closing time and without a reservation. Exquisite food, menu written in a very fun and evocative way, beautiful and refined environment. Kindness, quality and hospitality will definitely make us return for a second visit.

It breathes tradition.
The service is quick but rushed. The place was definitely not full and yet "they were in a hurry".
The menu offers a very limited offering and is a purely winter menu enriched by a daily menu.
Small portions and no dish that I will remember except the tiramisu which is excellent!
Restaurant bill for being a trattoria.
04/08/2024: The best carbonara I've ever tasted and don't get me started on the salame with vinegar - drool!!! I found the frico a little too chewy for my tastes , but would 100% go back to this restaurant.

31/07/2024: Ambiente piacevole, arredato con gusto e pulito. Si premette che non abbiamo ordinato pizze, ma antipasto misto abbondante (e delizioso) ed il primo ( paccheri all'astice) soddisfacente. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale disponibile e cortese. Da ritornarci.

In this corner of Friuli rich in history and culture, the Osteria alla Speranza is an enchanting place where you can savor exquisite recipes!
Excellent cuisine, fresh products, the perfect mise en place!
It was a riot of aromas and flavors!
The service is also excellent.
