The service was impeccable, professional and friendly. The quality/price ratio was excellent. Definitely recommended.
04/04/2026: Beautiful hotel with truly comfortable rooms and a kitchenette. A studio apartment at a great price, perfect for combining a night with an excellent dinner at the adjacent restaurant. A well-kept courtyard surrounds these spaces, both palate-pleasing and relaxing. For 40 years, San Daniele has provided me with a simple yet intense experience, always satisfying.
Restaurant:
In a welcoming, refined yet family-friendly atmosphere, excellent prosciutto, aged 24 or 36 months, cooked with superb horseradish, excellent pickled vegetables and frico. Courtesy, prompt service, and the cleanliness, order, and quality are certainly excellent here. I enjoyed the house Friulano Bianco, which paired perfectly with the prosciutto. San Daniele remains a unique gem, and the DOCG prosciutto deserves UNESCO World Heritage recognition. For these reasons, I declare myself absolutely anti-global. Long live Italy, an extraordinary food and wine paradise.
