The enchanting atmosphere of the venue creates a unique and evocative setting. The staff are experts in pairing wines with the delicious dishes on offer, guiding you through a complete and satisfying gastronomic journey. The staff, expertly led by Cristina, stands out for its courtesy and professionalism. Cristina, in particular, made the evening unforgettable for my boyfriend, taking care of my wishes and creating a perfect corner for us in the room, next to the lit fireplace, with surprising ideas and impeccable execution. Her sweetness and attention to detail helped make the experience even more memorable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because the "Al Monastero" restaurant deserves them all for its extraordinary culinary experience, enchanting atmosphere and impeccable service. It is a true jewel in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. I highly recommend it!
