The cjalsons from Treppo Carnico, traditional Carnic ravioli made in-house, filled with potatoes, raisins, lemon balm, lemon, and shallots, served with brown sugar, cinnamon, smoked ricotta, and melted butter: a successful balancing act, where sweet and savory complement each other without either overpowering.
Equally compelling are the spaghetti "aglio e olio" (garlic and oil) with green pepper, chili pepper, and shrimp tartare. A seemingly simple dish, yet meticulously measured.
Special mention goes to Tiziana, whose genuine, yet never pretentious, courtesy guided us through our selection with grace and expertise.
A must-see in Udine.

Always a delight! The appetizers and main courses (pasta and rabbit) were truly excellent, and the desserts were fantastic! I was lucky enough to snag a table at short notice 😀, so reservations are recommended.

Being so central, I was worried it might turn out to be a tourist trap, but we decided to give it a try. The interior is truly elegant, yet understated. The staff is very large, extremely quick even on busy nights, and above all, everyone is extremely kind. The highlight is the cuisine, which takes traditional Friulian dishes and manages to refine them with elegance, refinement, and deliciousness. The classic ravioli (forgive me if I don't remember the name) were simply extraordinary, while the appetizers and main courses were delicious. Considering the area and the restaurant, the prices are more than fair.

QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY
Restaurant/trattoria with at least one Michelin star, exclusive atmosphere, as is the food. The waiters are also top-notch. Every detail is meticulously cared for. The price is accessible to everyone (about €30 per person with dessert).
Rating from 1 to 5:
- Food Rating: 5 | Everything is excellent, the chef is top-notch. You can see the harmony in what he creates and cooks. Nothing more to add.
- Service Rating: 5 | Super friendly and courteous waiters.
- Atmosphere Rating: 5 | Excellent setting, tables spaced just right, even though the place isn't huge.
Overall, a 5, I would return any day. Excellent for both luxury dinners and spending time with your partner.
