08/11/2025: A simply unforgettable experience at the Inkiostro Restaurant in Parma! We chose the five-course Ikygai menu, an Asian-inspired experience that perfectly balances the creativity of chef Salvatore Morello and the incredible quality of the ingredients. Each dish was a constant surprise: elegant, meticulously crafted, and crafted with great technique. From the entrée to the dessert, each course was a small masterpiece, with interplays of textures and aromas reminiscent of Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, yet always with a profoundly Italian soul. We also chose the wine pairing, and I must say it was an extraordinary added value: the sommelier guided us with expertise and passion, suggesting wines that perfectly complemented the dishes—never boring, always surprising. Each wine told a story and brought out the best in the flavors of the menu. The dining room staff was impeccable: professional but never stiff, smiling, highly trained, and capable of making you feel completely at ease in a refined setting. Top-notch service, perfect timing, and constant attention without ever being intrusive. The setting is modern and elegant, with an atmosphere that exudes calm and harmony, perfect for enjoying a top-notch gastronomic experience. In short: an experience of taste and hospitality at the highest levels, where every detail is attended to with passion and expertise. A journey I recommend to anyone who loves signature cuisine and wants to experience an authentic experience, between Asia and Italy.
26/10/2025: I went with a friend in search of new flavors and food and wine experiences. I found a welcoming atmosphere, despite not being particularly attractive from the outside (it looks like an industrial warehouse). The staff were kind and helpful, and professional enough. I'm not a fan of Asian flavors, but the Calabrian chef truly knew how to blend flavors, making them unique, delicate, and delicious. A wonderful experience that I recommend.

21/11/2025: Excellent dinner with a group of friends. I confirm the good reviews. Even with a full house, the service was efficient, courteous, and never intrusive. I was satisfied with the dishes I chose, both in terms of quality and preparation (the Ganassino was truly delicious). My friends enjoyed excellent tortelli, especially the pumpkin tortelli with soffritto.
20/11/2025: The place is charming, rustic, and horse-riding style. The menu, absolutely faithful to Emilian tradition, is excellent. You can choose anything from fried gnocco to dessert, and you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly, fast, and approachable... cappelletti are superb! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Terrible experience Despite having high expectations for this place, I was very disappointed with the pizza. The dough was terrible: crunchy and burnt. Not at all like a real pizza. If it weren't for the good quality of the toppings, it would have been absolutely inedible. The total bill was exorbitant; a single "pizza" could cost up to €20. On the plus side, the service was quick and courteous: the staff were very helpful and kind. If you want to eat real pizza, this place is definitely not recommended.
05/10/2025: Tonight I went to dinner at Fontana in this beautiful village of Calestano; my son-in-law spoke highly of it. The location was very pleasant, the service was kind, efficient, and friendly. I wanted the cappelletti in brodo (good), and I tried the pizza with provola, fiordilatte, and speck. I have to say, their pizza is good: light and well-leavened, with quality toppings. Then for dessert, I ordered the crema catalana. It's a sin of gluttony that I happily indulge in, and it's hard to find. Finally, it's the real crema catalana with cinnamon; many people pass off crème brûlée as a substitute. The prices are fair for the location and the quality of the dishes. I'll gladly return.

04/11/2025: The food was amazing! We ordered prosciutto 24 month, mixed cheeses, horse meat 3 ways, and the pork cheek with cornmeal. The BEST prosciutto EVER! Super nutty and flavorful. The horse meat tartare was incredibly delicious! And the pork stew was tasty as well. We went on a weekday night at 7pm with a reservation and were seated right away. The service was good too. Overall highly recommend.
30/10/2025: I thoroughly enjoyed the horse meat and offal dishes—they were incredibly tasty. The pasta generously topped with prosciutto was also outstanding. Even though I was completely full, I couldn’t resist finishing the dessert!

11/10/2025: We stop by for breakfast before rushing to the highway. We're amazed by the perfectly leavened croissants with expertly topped creams. The swan cream puff is particularly impressive, and especially the perfect crispiness of the sfogliatelle. Highly recommended, and I'll be back!
23/09/2025: A breakfast that brings joy and wonder. I had a savory brioche with a perfect, crispy, melt-in-the-mouth pastry, and a barley cappuccino with soy, the most difficult to prepare, but the very knowledgeable waitress made the soy milk cream (which doesn't lend itself to whipping) superb. The best breakfast of my life, not to mention the exquisite staff. Congratulations.

04/10/2025: What's the point of making a reservation if you're going to have to wait a long time on a Saturday night? The poor waiters do their best, but reservations should be handled better.
22/09/2025: Modest quality food, unprofessionally prepared. The pizza was frozen, the dough wasn't crispy, but soft and chewy. I ordered a very spicy pizza, with sweet onions on top: what does that have to do with anything? I won't be back!
