08/11/2025: A simply unforgettable experience at the Inkiostro Restaurant in Parma! We chose the five-course Ikygai menu, an Asian-inspired experience that perfectly balances the creativity of chef Salvatore Morello and the incredible quality of the ingredients. Each dish was a constant surprise: elegant, meticulously crafted, and crafted with great technique. From the entrée to the dessert, each course was a small masterpiece, with interplays of textures and aromas reminiscent of Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, yet always with a profoundly Italian soul. We also chose the wine pairing, and I must say it was an extraordinary added value: the sommelier guided us with expertise and passion, suggesting wines that perfectly complemented the dishes—never boring, always surprising. Each wine told a story and brought out the best in the flavors of the menu. The dining room staff was impeccable: professional but never stiff, smiling, highly trained, and capable of making you feel completely at ease in a refined setting. Top-notch service, perfect timing, and constant attention without ever being intrusive. The setting is modern and elegant, with an atmosphere that exudes calm and harmony, perfect for enjoying a top-notch gastronomic experience. In short: an experience of taste and hospitality at the highest levels, where every detail is attended to with passion and expertise. A journey I recommend to anyone who loves signature cuisine and wants to experience an authentic experience, between Asia and Italy.

17/12/2025: Due to a traffic jam on the highway, we decide to exit at Berceto for lunch and head to the Ca' Mari inn, which none of us had heard of. It's an iconic place on a large, green, tree-filled plateau with a classic little church. As soon as you enter, you feel like you're at grandma's: the stove, the furnishings, the tables, the tablecloths... Everything makes you feel warmly welcomed. The friendly lady explains a simple menu with intriguing dishes. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and ravioli with goose ragù are memorable. The goose breast, beef fillet, and picanha are all delicious. The price is fair.

24/11/2025: The service was very thorough and precise, the staff attentive and very kind. We appreciated the service and the very good pizza, but unfortunately we were in the room downstairs, which was cold and very noisy. We had a glass door that was constantly opened and closed to go out for a smoke and to use the bathroom, so the cold air was a constant.

16/11/2025: Excellent dishes, carefully selected and carefully crafted; truly exceptional gourmet pizza. Housed in a beautiful, renovated historic building. Outdoor seating is also available in the large, well-appointed, and peaceful garden. The staff are particularly friendly. November is Fragno truffle season, and the tagliolini are excellent!

24/11/2025: Take the view from outside that warms the heart. Take the understated yet elegant interior decor that exudes both warmth and a fresh, youthful feel in the limited seating available. Take the menu: versatile, intriguing, and stimulating. Take the wine list, very well-stocked. Take the service, where two young men do everything they can to make you feel at ease. And then take the cuisine, where Dimitri and Serena demonstrate remarkable finesse and talent, flawlessly crafted, with some exceptional results (the cavatello with Castelmagno cheese and truffle is worth the trip alone). The experience is one of fine dining, with highly appreciated initial and final touches. Even the "simple" focaccia is amazing, as are the tortellini with Wagyu stew, whose pastry and filling have an optimal consistency; but the entire menu, including the main courses, is of a very high standard. The dessert selection is in line with the rest. It's precisely this kind of experience that makes evenings at the restaurant so enjoyable: young professionals who welcome you into a welcoming environment and offer cuisine that reflects their fresh yet distinctive personalities. What can I say?!? Just three words: Bravi, Bravi, Bravi!!! Very convenient parking. Clean bathrooms, but a step below the restaurant's interior design. The bill was perfectly reasonable for the evening. See you soon!

A cuisine that dares just the right amount, with attention to detail and always consistent with its identity: beautiful dishes, but above all delicious. Every time you experience the research, passion, and calm confidence of those who know how to do things well. A place you'll gladly return to, and every time you seem to discover something new.

13/11/2025: Fantastic lunch and exceptional meat, I can say that I am one of the few in Italy to have tasted a Prussian aged for almost 2 years! Exceptional!!! Thank you so much! In addition to this fantastic experience, everything else was a success: The fabulous Sakura sashimi appetizer and other spectacular tasting appetizers.. Then comes the best part..3 cuts of meat, one better than the other: swamy, sakura and American blackangus aged for about 100 days, brought in succession! Pure pleasure! After that, we were served the cut aged for almost 2 years, sublime! The tasting of all the desserts offered crowned the experience! All managed by professional and friendly staff! All impeccable!

15/12/2025: It was a lovely experience, a second course of first courses, a donkey stew with side dish and polenta, a glass of Lambrusco and voilà, everything was fine, good service, rustic and homely atmosphere, just how I like it, honest bill

22/09/2025: Modest quality food, unprofessionally prepared. The pizza was frozen, the dough wasn't crispy, but soft and chewy. I ordered a very spicy pizza, with sweet onions on top: what does that have to do with anything? I won't be back!

27/11/2025: I stumbled upon it somewhat by chance for a quick pasta dish. I'd say that, having arrived during rush hour, even though it was a bit crowded, I had a great time. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Parma!

08/12/2025: The food was okay and could be improved. The staff was friendly, but perhaps a little unorganized when it came to reporting ingredient/beverage availability on Saturday evenings—we may have been unlucky, and that can happen. We noticed that ingredients had been removed/added to burgers at our table, as requested, and at other customers' adjacent tables, but we decided not to report it and just adjust. Communication between the waiters and the kitchen could be improved.

23/11/2025: Excellent selection of sandwiches. You can customize your sandwich however you like, including gluten-free bread. The place is cute and welcoming.

07/12/2025: Last night my boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for the first time. We booked online 20 minutes before going. The atmosphere was AMAZING, but above all, the food was spectacular...from Chinese to sushi to Vietnamese. The food was truly delicious, divine dishes that were also beautiful to look at. My biggest compliments go to ALL the waiters, who were fast, professional, and super kind. I only feel sorry for some customers who lacked patience and dared to treat them rudely. So I'm here to confirm that this place is highly recommended. Compliments to the chefs and all the wait staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We'll be back.

03/12/2025: A lunch outside Milan in a quiet setting a few km from Fidenza, impeccable service, parking available, excellent food served with a good, very sweet wine, and an excellent homemade dessert to try!!!

30/11/2025: We ate everything well (starters, first courses, second courses, desserts), and that's the most important thing, but the portions could have been significantly larger, especially considering the expense. It's better to eat and spend than to spend little but eat poorly, but at least make the portions decent. They didn't include the usual limoncello shots and after-dinner drinks.
