02/04/2026: We had lunch on Sunday, March 29th. The dining room, overlooking the garden through a beautiful window, is absolutely beautiful. The tables are well-arranged with a beautiful table setting. The menu is fantastic: top-quality cured meats, exquisite first courses, and excellent wines. Excellent service! Definitely worth a try.

30/03/2026: It's always a wonderful experience returning to I Pifferi. Exquisite food, carefully crafted with excellent ingredients; courteous and always available service (and there were 11 of us at the table...). The quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory. A word of advice: absolutely worth trying (and re-trying!!!)

07/03/2026: We asked for a table and the girl at the door said there was nothing free atm, but maybe around 2pm, that's it, never asked for reservations or a queue. We stayed around until a table became available, so we sat down. After 10 minutes the girl came over and said the table was booked as she was calling the reservations first.... I told her that that was a bit strange as she never mentioned to us 10 minutes earlier, so she didn't even allow us to put down our names for the next table available. Lack of communication from their said.

01/03/2026: An excellent experience! The staff is incredibly kind and, above all, extremely knowledgeable: they guided us through our selections with impeccable explanations of the wines, as well as the cured meats and cheeses, passionately explaining the characteristics and unique features of each product. You can immediately sense their expertise and love for what they do. The ingredients are simply exceptional: top-quality, authentic flavors, and meticulously selected. Every taste was a true pleasure. The service is fast, attentive, and always present without being intrusive, with a level of customer service that is truly rare. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves good wine and quality products. We will definitely be back.

07/04/2026: Our stay at the Broncarda farmhouse was fantastic. The place is very peaceful and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. The management is very professional and the service is very friendly. The restaurant, with its delicious dishes, is also highly recommended.

10/01/2026: WOW !!! got to be the best pizza I've ever had. Here in Winter so was quite. When the locals come out in the cold and are eating in here you know it's good. Not expensive for the quality of food and service you get. If your ever around here call in and eat it's worth the detour.

24/03/2026: Whenever I'm in Parma, I stop by Romani for shopping. I used to go to La Verdi, but now, for convenience, I go to La Rocca, with a stop at La Cantina (very well stocked). Excellent products, friendly staff in all the stores, but on Monday, March 23, I also ordered a kilo and a half of Parmigiano di Montagna (incredibly good), and the clerk, Mr. Kay, was able to cut off a piece of the exact weight with a knife!!!! Competence, oh...😂. I then called for clarification on the expense, and despite my mistake, they were understanding. Thank you.

Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. 14/02/2026: After many years, we finally return to Ivan, and nothing has changed: quality, kindness, and the atmosphere are top-notch. The main dining room is bright and airy thanks to the large window overlooking the garden. The menu features all the treasures of this region, starting with the cured meats. They're a must-try, and the house classic appetizer is worth the trip. We start with the tosone e pancetta, fried polenta with an incredibly fluffy lard pesto. The culatello and prosciutto are perfect, sweet, with an enveloping flavor; it's worth adding a few slices of salami, aged yet tender and with a timeless flavor. All accompanied by Pizzavacca's excellent giardiniera. Among the first courses, featuring anolini, braided green tortelli, and orzotto with salami paste, we were tempted by the lasagnetta with three ragùs. It's not your typical lasagna; it's not wrapped in béchamel, but topped with a parmesan fondue, making it incredibly delicious. Among the many layers of soft, thin pasta, here are the three ragùs: the savory yet sweet meat is perfectly evident given the absence of béchamel. The second courses are also inviting, but the space left is minimal. So, we shared tender sautéed snails on a potato cream. A sweet conclusion with some Carnival treats. As for wine, we treated ourselves to a champagne all-you-can-eat meal, but the wine list is endless and caters for all tastes. In conclusion, a lunch to remember. I hope to return soon.

02/02/2026: Ivan and Barbara are always a guarantee. The cuisine is top-notch, with exquisite appetizers and first courses featuring all handmade pasta. A special mention goes to the lasagna with three ragù sauces. Desserts are a must-try; you can't go wrong. The wine is excellent; even a "simple" Lambrusco can make a difference. Attentive and impeccable service... Highly recommended...
