The owner was very kind and attentive from the moment we called to make the reservation, asking about food intolerances and preferences and offering customized solutions. The dishes are carefully crafted and creative: sophisticated flavors, interesting pairings, and quality ingredients. The cuisine is clearly gourmet, so portions tend to be modest, but each course is designed to offer a true taste experience. Overall, we really appreciated the balance between technique and flavors; recommended for those seeking a gourmet evening rather than a hearty dinner. The atmosphere and service complete the picture: a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. We will definitely return to try other dishes.

07/06/2026: Average sushi, small rolls, all the rolls seemed to have the same flavor. Service could be improved; they were too hasty in clearing the plates from the table. You also feel anxious about having to finish immediately to clear the plates. Some dishes were completely flavorless. I'm sorry, but we're not there yet, but I think there's always room for improvement.

18/05/2026: The food was terrible... the salmon was incredibly chewy and of terrible quality... inside the soy sauce there were grains of something fishy that smelled like fish... terrible! I was disgusted and I'm sorry because I usually go there without a problem. I have no complaints about the service, but the food was totally awful.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful; the waitress in particular professionally guided us in choosing the menu best suited to our tastes and needs. We opted for the tasting menu and were thrilled. Each course showcased the meat beautifully, thanks to carefully crafted sauces and accompaniments, creating a truly extraordinary balance of flavors. Each dish was harmonious, refined, and perfectly balanced. A sincere compliment to the chef and the entire team for the passion, expertise, and attention to detail that make this gastronomic experience so special. We will definitely be back.

07/07/2026: Had a casual and simple taste of a few products, yet remarkable ones, appetizers and salumi to share were great. I also considered to have a variety of primis, they were good as well, only small detail about the pumpkin filling, the taste was too strong to almonds, reaching close to marzipan levels cause of sweetness from the filling as well. Not that bad but a bit too intrusive, compared to all the other dishes level. Definitely will try to return and taste the missing dishes from there.

30/06/2026: A pleasant surprise, fried cake ok, ham and culaccia good, coppa and salami to be reviewed... but the real surprise were the tortelli, really really good, both the classic ones with herbs and the ones with pumpkin and potatoes...

18/07/2026: This is a very casual and cozy restaurant. They offer locally sourced prosciutto, cheese, bread, and wine at reasonable prices. The owner is very friendly and explained a lot about the prosciutto. I was able to spend a very pleasant evening in June in this quiet restaurant near the castle.

28/06/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch while waiting to enter and see the fortress. The cured meats are very good, as are the daily specials. The place isn't very big, so reservations are recommended.
