20/07/2026: A small restaurant with a refined menu and natural wine selection. We tried various dishes, all extremely delicious and well-prepared, using quality local ingredients. The welcome is in line with the above, and the prices are also in line with the Slow Food philosophy: you pay what you deserve, with no surprises.

16/06/2026: Unexpectedly, we found this small Osteria in the heart of Parma. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were able to get a nice table outside for lunch for four. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes we chose far exceeded our expectations. The owner is headstrong in the positive sense of the word: deviations from the menu are not possible, but she was very willing to explain the choices made. The wine she recommended was also simple, but a perfect match for the dishes and the high temperature of the day. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch! We hope to return.

01/06/2026: Restaurant with excellent homemade dishes, especially the tortelli d'erbetta, the best I've ever had. The culatello and salami are superb, and the gelato is like something from another era—nothing mass-produced. Highly recommended.

29/05/2026: A very positive experience at Trattoria Antichi Sapori. A classic Parma trattoria, with slightly more refined flavors and pairings, and above all, with superb customer service. The quality of the products is excellent, and the seafood selection is also excellent, something you'd rarely find in these places. All this is complemented by the desserts, both the truly delicious sbrisolona and, above all, the surprise strawberry ice cream with its fabulous flavor—you can't stop eating it!

05/07/2026: For me, the pizza was the best. I have to say the waiters were very good and precise. I even accidentally dropped my fork on the floor and put it back on the table. A girl from afar saw it, and as she passed by, she picked up the fork I'd dropped and gave me a new one. I really appreciate that. I wasn't planning on telling anyone to change it, but she did it herself. Well done, I don't know her name, but she was very kind. I also noticed that everyone else was precise and fast. Well done for the pizza, as always, which was good.

21/06/2026: Excellent service, very good pizza, and a cool, relaxing atmosphere. The waiters are friendly, helpful, and very professional. It's a shame about the constant ringing of the bell inside, which is used to summon waiters in a very insistent manner, and which annoys those dining there. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

16/07/2026: Excellent gluten-free pizza! Truly amazing gluten-free pizza, one of the best I've ever had. You can immediately see the care taken in selecting the ingredients, all of which are top-quality. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable: we accidentally took chili pepper oil from the gluten-free pizza counter to top a regular pizza, and they kindly took it away from us, specifying that it was reserved exclusively for the gluten-free pizza. This made me realize how careful they are to avoid even the slightest risk of cross-contamination. Since we were there on a Saturday night, the place was very crowded; the space is large and noisy, so don't expect an intimate atmosphere, and the serving times were not synchronized (the "regular" pizzas arrived later). However, the pizza was so delicious that these small inconveniences were easily overlooked. Highly recommended!

16/07/2026: Excellent pizzeria! Good pizza and friendly, accommodating waiters. I often have the Giropizza with friends, which is excellent. You can try lots of pizzas, and the dough is easy to digest.
