04/04/2026: I discovered this restaurant in the Michelin Guide, thanks to the fact that it's one of the establishments worthy of the Bibendum Award, the best value for money. The restaurant exudes history, and the interior rooms feel like a step back in time to a trattoria from the 1970s, even though the paintings and art objects form a very elegant blend.
The menu seems to reflect the location, halfway between pure tradition and the creativity of chef Censi. You can't miss the caramelized eggplant parmigiana (an explicit homage to Oldani) because it's a play on textures, hot and cold, which in the mouth truly brings to mind the flavor of my grandmother's super-flavorful parmigiana.
The other first courses I tried were delicious and balanced; I must say they were more delicious than beautiful, which is no small feat considering the attention to detail.
For main courses, I wanted to try the stuffed tip, a great classic from Parmesan, and the rib eye steak, which resembles a low-temperature roast with the meat's base. As always, when technique is applied, it's so tasty it steals the show from the meat itself. The fig and chocolate cake was also delicious.
The service was friendly and never intrusive, and the seemingly regular customers were very friendly, creating a family atmosphere. The prices were very fair. My girlfriend and I ordered six dishes, a glass of wine, a water, and a coffee, and we spent a more than deserved €88.

03/02/2026: I went one evening to try the pizza that my friends had raved about. I must say I was satisfied with both the pizza and the service. The atmosphere was very nice and well-kept. The price was moderately high.

The variety of coffees left nothing to be desired.
Our cappuccino was dark and strong with a distinct, rich chocolate flavor. Very interesting! The pastries were excellent, and the hot chocolate was a hot chocolate pudding, typical of the region.
Everything was absolutely delicious.
We highly recommend Lino’s Coffee.

Well-maintained historic location, large parking lot, warm, enigmatic entrance.
I enter, the bar is friendly and feels like a club.
I ask for lunch.
I take advantage of letting my Russian chef wife order agnolini to introduce him to a certified agnolini. Together we order a potato tortellone, and I order a fillet steak with black truffle and potatoes, followed by dessert.
I eat, and a lovely surprise: here, normality is perfection.
While I'm making fun of the chef's embarrassment to the person serving me because he served me the fillet steak in a cast iron dish, which is usually used in Chinese cuisine (lupus infabula), the chef/owner himself comes out into the dining room; after I teased him that I thought he was Chinese, he very kindly explained to me the canonical choices of the agnolini, his history, and that of the restaurant.
His passion and expertise confirmed to me that it was possible that there the norm was to eat perfect dishes, but also not boring because as you eat them, every new bite tells you something new.

12/02/2026: Went three weeks ago for a birthday. The atmosphere is great, quiet, and the food is also very good and plentiful. The wait is a bit long. Four stars only for the bread and carafe wine, which weren't excellent. Antonia's dessert was really good. Recommended!

This osteria is a place where you can enjoy the tranquility and feel at home.
I shared a platter of salami as an appetizer, followed by lasagna and shank scalloped with potatoes.
I really appreciated the authenticity of both the owners and the food served, which was unpretentious.
The desserts, however, need some updating; in my opinion, they weren't up to par with the rest of the menu (I tried a tart and tiramisu).
The value for money was fairly average compared to other osterias in the area.

14/02/2026: After many years, we finally return to Ivan, and nothing has changed: quality, kindness, and the atmosphere are top-notch.
The main dining room is bright and airy thanks to the large window overlooking the garden. The menu features all the treasures of this region, starting with the cured meats. They're a must-try, and the house classic appetizer is worth the trip. We start with the tosone e pancetta, fried polenta with an incredibly fluffy lard pesto. The culatello and prosciutto are perfect, sweet, with an enveloping flavor; it's worth adding a few slices of salami, aged yet tender and with a timeless flavor. All accompanied by Pizzavacca's excellent giardiniera. Among the first courses, featuring anolini, braided green tortelli, and orzotto with salami paste, we were tempted by the lasagnetta with three ragùs. It's not your typical lasagna; it's not wrapped in béchamel, but topped with a parmesan fondue, making it incredibly delicious. Among the many layers of soft, thin pasta, here are the three ragùs: the savory yet sweet meat is perfectly evident given the absence of béchamel. The second courses are also inviting, but the space left is minimal. So, we shared tender sautéed snails on a potato cream. A sweet conclusion with some Carnival treats. As for wine, we treated ourselves to a champagne all-you-can-eat meal, but the wine list is endless and caters for all tastes.
In conclusion, a lunch to remember. I hope to return soon.
02/02/2026: Ivan and Barbara are always a guarantee. The cuisine is top-notch, with exquisite appetizers and first courses featuring all handmade pasta. A special mention goes to the lasagna with three ragù sauces. Desserts are a must-try; you can't go wrong. The wine is excellent; even a "simple" Lambrusco can make a difference. Attentive and impeccable service... Highly recommended...

21/02/2026: Unfortunately, sometimes it only takes one detail to lose every positive element, which I'll leave out because it's impossible to be fooled. Drinks and Bargnolino = €19.50 on a €35 total bill (tagliatelle with salami, green salad, and water). How can you let yourself be ripped off? It's alone on a Wednesday evening. Attached is the menu, which looks well-designed and reasonably priced. The problem is that if you give certain managers a chance, they exploit it to deceive you and then write the total on the receipt so you don't know what happened. Be careful with the little bottle of Bargnolino the innkeeper puts on the table: it's a Trojan horse to rob you at the register. The same goes for the carafe wine: are you charging me for it as a whole bottle??? I don't know, I'd have gone back, but I don't like getting it there, nor do I like hitting people. Astuteness destroys a man. Never again will I go to a place like that.

25/01/2026: I think the management has changed. I'd been here a couple of years ago and had fond memories, but last night I couldn't wait for dinner to be over.
It was cold, barely bearable (some people were wearing jackets), and the food arrived cold. We went to dinner at 7:30 PM, and some of the dishes listed on the menu were already sold out.
I had a steak, and the quantity was embarrassing.
21/01/2026: The fish is good and fresh, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very kind and attentive.
This is my personal opinion. They have Prosecco by the glass, but I love bottled wine.
Valdobbiadene in particular.
