Ristorante accogliente, curato nei dettagli, ideale per una cena romantica. Il tavolo è sempre apparecchiato con cura così come i piatti che sembrano opere d’arte. Per chi ama la carne è il top, il menù non è mai banale, viene aggiornato periodicamente e tutto frutto dello chef Andrea che prepara dagli antipasti ai dolci, e qui traspare davvero la passione che impiega nel suo lavoro. Gianna è preparatissima sui vini da abbinare ai piatti e consiglia sempre al meglio cercando di capire ogni esigenza e gusto personale, inoltre fa sentire sempre a proprio agio..si può trascorrere una piacevole serata in coppia o in compagnia, al sicuro da confusione e affollamento, super consigliato!

Gianna, very talented in the dining room, accompanied us, as if on a journey, telling us about each dish and pairing it with the right wine, always smiling and helpful.
Chef Andrea won us over from behind the glass window of his open kitchen, where he moves between the embers and grill with rhythm and great vocation, creating dishes that amaze with the highest quality meat combined with original and never banal ingredients.

Sono stata diverse volte da Carnivere , ed è sempre impeccabile e accogliente . Per veri amanti della carne di qualità!
