We spent a wonderful anniversary at this restaurant. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful; the waitress in particular professionally guided us in choosing the menu best suited to our tastes and needs. We opted for the tasting menu and were thrilled. Each course showcased the meat beautifully, thanks to carefully crafted sauces and accompaniments, creating a truly extraordinary balance of flavors. Each dish was harmonious, refined, and perfectly balanced. A sincere compliment to the chef and the entire team for the passion, expertise, and attention to detail that make this gastronomic experience so special. We will definitely be back.

A few weeks ago, I went with my sister and two nephews to this delightful restaurant, which I hadn't heard of. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were young but clearly competent, and the meat was absolutely phenomenal. The chef was incredibly smiling and showed all his love for his work. They were polite and courteous, despite our arrival at 9:52 PM (for which I apologized), but they truly welcomed us impeccably. As we were getting up, they gave us complimentary mini portions of dessert (a delicious panna cotta and cherries in alcohol). Thanks to all the staff, and I apologize for the late review. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous place, welcoming and highly knowledgeable staff, and excellent food. If you've never been, I highly recommend trying Andrea's cuisine; it's more than just a dinner, it's an experience.

Excellent, top-quality meat available in various breeds and aging periods, accompanied by quality ingredients and sauces, very friendly staff, in a welcoming atmosphere and with high-level table settings.

I chose Carnivere to celebrate Valentine's Day and would do it again! Every dish was carefully crafted, with unique combinations and new flavors I'd never tried. A special mention goes to the tartare with cacio e pepe ice cream, delicious. Watching the chef cook (thanks to the open kitchen) with such passion and care definitely adds to the experience. The atmosphere is very intimate but not stuffy, and the friendly waiters explained each dish and made me feel pampered with every course. I highly recommend it.
