The menu was traditional and good. The waiters weren't exactly friendly, but they were helpful and efficient. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but it was a Sunday lunch with a large table, so that's understandable.

Nice place inside the racecourse. Very good traditional menu. I had a veal roast, which was excellent. The desserts were also excellent. Prices were reasonable.

A unique, spacious, no-frills location. I was there with a large school group. The service was well-managed by young, knowledgeable staff. We ate traditional local tigelle and cold cuts, followed by tortelli for starters, and a generous, high-quality main course. I'd say my expectations were positive and fulfilled. I recommend trying it.

Returning to Trotter after having been there as a child. Very good Emilian dinner with traditional dishes. A typical and charming location. We had a great time.

The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. The friendly and attentive service made our visit even more enjoyable. You can taste the passion for genuine cuisine in every dish. A restaurant we can wholeheartedly recommend for its excellent quality and authentic taste.

23/02/2026: We've been here with family several times, especially on special occasions like Easter/Easter Monday, and we've always had a great time. The set menu is a great idea. Huge portions and friendly staff!! We'll be back soon.

01/05/2026: My favorite restaurant in Parma and its province, and beyond. Definitely deserving of at least one star, I think it won't be long in coming. A few dishes to choose from for each type, but all of the highest quality. The ingredients are not ordinary, but excellent. Dishes are elegantly presented. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very well-maintained restaurant. Extensive wine list. Dogs are welcome, even large ones. SUPER!!
