Historic restaurant in the center of Parma, with an excellent selection of traditional dishes and a good selection of high-quality wines. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly and efficient.

We went here on a Saturday for lunch. The place is very nice and well-maintained. The food was truly excellent. The cured meats and meats were of excellent quality. The wait staff were some smiling and kind, others less so, but overall it was a good experience. I recommend it.

Excellent food. The only downside (hence the 4-star rating, not the 5-star rating) was the torta fritta/gnocco fritto, which wasn't up to par for a restaurant in the center of Parma: too greasy, undercooked, and "hard." Very kind staff, welcoming and warm atmosphere. Exceptional cured meats. I had a great time. Congratulations!

I went there by chance with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful place, excellent menu and wine list, friendly and attentive staff. I ate very well. The only slight downside is the broken toilet seat, which is completely out of place in such a beautiful bathroom.

Very welcoming place, pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Excellent service, even with a small plate to rest your cutlery. Large and clean bathroom. First and second courses with Emilia's flavor. Average price (first and second courses, glass of wine, water, and coffee around €40). Recommended.

The appetizer was excellent. I would have chosen differently for the other courses, but it was a menu chosen by others. The veal, in particular, wasn't great. The desserts were poor.

A typical trattoria in the center of Parma, with carefully prepared and delicious dishes. If I may suggest something, the guinea fowl is truly delicious! It never disappoints. The staff is welcoming and kind. Sara is always very helpful and... incredibly friendly! They also cater to your home or suitable locations for parties and ceremonies. Having had experience in that area as well, I find them truly professional and competent. Come on, Mascalzoni!

An ideal place for a quiet but tasty dinner. The cured meats melt in your mouth, and the first courses are a unique pleasure! The staff is very friendly, especially the girl with red hair and tattoos. She's polite, well-mannered, kind, and always smiling. I highly recommend it. ❤️

We had lunch at this lovely restaurant last Sunday with a group of friends. We were satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff, the quality of the food, and the service. We each ordered an appetizer of cured meats and fried gnocchi, plus a first or second course, desserts, four bottles of wine, water, and coffee for the (fair) sum of €40 each. I highly recommend this restaurant (reservations are recommended).

What you do here can become special; if you know how to trust them, the exchange will be fascinating. I have a memory of this place that will become indelible, an indissoluble memory.
