Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

02/06/2026: Passing through Parma, we stopped by Cortile by chance. A vast selection of wines, and a menu for all tastes. I hadn't had such beautifully prepared lamb in a long time (it was an extra dish on the daily menu). It was perfectly cooked, not fatty, and the chicory and raisins were delicious. The entire staff was truly smiling and friendly. We drank a very pleasant white wine from Elba. While waiting for the appetizer, the kitchen offered cheese fondue and a savory tartlet. Worth a visit. The price was fair.

27/05/2026: Certified restaurant, excellent food for celiacs. The pasta was delicious, and it's actually a great place for those who have trouble eating fresh pasta. Plus, they have the products for sale. Highly recommended, even for just a dinner; reservations are required for wine. Excellent value for money.

07/07/2026: Location: Just off the Fidenza exit is this recently renovated restaurant, reminiscent of an old farmhouse. Cured meats and cheeses, including Parmesan, take center stage, displayed prominently on the counters, everything neatly organized and presented in an original way. The concept of a restaurant where you can sample dishes made with the cured meats for sale is fantastic. There's also ample parking. Food: I ate there for lunch, specifically a focaccia with prosciutto and stracciatella and a culatello sandwich. Both were phenomenal, and both were very generous in size. There's also a wide selection of platters, including traditional Emilian first courses and second courses like grilled meats. Service: The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Customers feel cared for, and wait times are minimal, despite the large number of customers. Bill: Fair prices for the high quality offered. All the products on sale are premium. The stuffed focaccia cost €8.50, and the culatello sandwich €9.

06/07/2026: Excellent raw materials. Table service is nonexistent: not because there's a shortage, but because it's not provided. Choose from the menu, pay at the counter, and collect your reservation tag. When your dish is ready, the tag rings, you collect it from the kitchen, and sit down to eat at an open table. Once you're finished, you take your tray to the dedicated cart. In addition to dining on-site, you can purchase all traditional Emilian products: from internationally renowned cured meats (salame di Felino, Parma ham, DOP cooked ham, mortadella, etc.) to cheeses (Parmigiano Reggiano of all ages and weights available); from anolini alla fidentina to Emilian tortellini. The prices are a bit above average, perhaps justified by the care and quality of the products.
