02/08/2025: My rating goes to my dish: a chicken salad with pressed chicken (Aia style), acidic and cold from the refrigerator. Inedible, for me, especially for a place that advertises its zero-mile products. One point above the minimum for the convenient service, and the kitchen remains open.

01/08/2025: Best roadside restaurant in Italy! You can get a really quick meal here for the same price as at an Autogrill or similar restaurant, but with much better quality. Super fresh pasta, a delicious appetizer platter, and freshly baked rolls—there's everything! They also have a delicatessen where you can buy Italian products to take home.

04/08/2025: A welcoming place with traditional yet refined food, right behind Parma Cathedral. Found by chance, and I'd definitely go back.

03/08/2025: A disappointing experience, especially considering we're in Parma. The place was overcrowded, with long waits and visibly slow service. The Parmesan risotto was decent, but the wine (a Malvasia) was truly poor quality. The cake was reheated in the microwave (I could hear it from the table), leaving the almonds soft and tasteless—and for €7, it's absolutely overpriced. The interior is typical of an unpretentious osteria, but overall the experience fell far short of expectations. With all the excellent options in Parma, I wouldn't return or recommend it.

13/07/2025: Exceptional! It's been a long time since I've left a restaurant this satisfied. All the dishes were excellent, and the service was excellent: friendly, polite, and quick (never intrusive or brusque). We ordered: - two glasses of local wine (Ortrugo - a very good sparkling white) - two swordfish appetizers (excellent cured meats, with the prosciutto a special mention) - poached egg on crostini - truffle tortelli (excellent both as a sauce and as a filling) - crocetti with stew sauce (a typical dish that we highly recommend) - a sbrisolona (a typical local cake) with passito wine - biscuits with mascarpone cream and passito wine (the mascarpone cream in particular is very tasty but not heavy, unlike the typical restaurant one) - coffee Fair bill, especially considering the quality of the dishes: €84.50 Everything was truly excellent. The restaurant is definitely one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!

23/07/2025: Very welcoming and traditional atmosphere. Helpful, attentive, and fast staff. The menu features several traditional local classics, along with some originals (e.g., black pork platter, wild spinach tortelli, etc.). Highly recommended!

26/06/2025: An incredible time spent in this typical Parma restaurant! The ham was of the highest quality, which paired perfectly with the slightly spicy Parmesan. The antica pasta was among the best pasta I've ever eaten. It had a perfect taste and texture. All the flavors were perfectly balanced and blended together perfectly! The desserts were typical of the region, which were just as good as the rest of the meal. And all this for a price that wasn't at all expensive. The service was friendly, professional, and very professional! This is a MUST-SEE stop in Parma.

23/06/2025: La Filoma is an elegant restaurant in the center of Parma, open all day. In addition to the typical Italian decor, you can see paintings in the style of expressive abstraction on the walls. It's a strange combination, but it fits the menu, which includes unconventional variations on local cuisine or things not found in other places and forgotten recipes from the past. Following this lead, I ordered the Antica pasta della Filoma, a filling pasta made from four different flours with a sauce based on cherry tomatoes, almonds and smoked ricotta. Delicious and indeed not to bee found on other menus in Italian restaurant that I know. My companion opted for equally tasty ravioli filled with ricotta and local herbs. I also liked this dish very much. For such a setting and an interesting menu, however, you have to add about 1-2 euros more to your bill in comparison to the standard of similar restaurants in the area. Do not worry - it is worth it!

23/07/2025: Excellent pizza, made with top-quality ingredients. The traditional dishes are also excellent. A vast and surprising selection of wines. Friendly and fast service. The outdoor seating is very cool, and the tables in the cellar are charming. The prices are definitely fair. Recommended!

23/07/2025: Alla ricerca di qualche grado in meno, abbiamo provato questo ristorante su consiglio di amici e non siamo rimasti delusi. Abbiamo ovviamente scelto di cenare all’esterno nell’ampio spazio sul retro. Moltissimo personale, giovane ed efficiente. Abbiamo scelto di cenare col menù alla carta provando anche alcune specialità con tartufo a nostro parere veramente ottime!! Vorremmo provare al più presto anche la pizza, perché ne abbiamo viste passare e avevano un aspetto veramente invitante!! da provare assolutamente il loro gelato gourmet!! Non propriamente economico ma prezzi giustificati dalla qualità.Animali ben accetti.

02/06/2025: I always try to eat here when I stay in Parma as I have found it is the best for seafood and it a nice alternative to the gnocchi fritto and crudo ham you find everywhere!! The quality of the food is excellent and the dishes inventive and varied. The service is very good and the restaurant is located in a quiet square in the town center with a nice outside seating area. Advisable to book. Highly recommended.

27/06/2025: Ieri abbiamo cenato in questo piccolo locale e abbiamo davvero apprezzato ogni sapore dei piatti preparati con grande cura e l'esterma della gentilezza della signora che gestisce la sala, consigliatissimo!

15/06/2025: Arrivano parenti francesi, dove portarli? L'Osteria con lo chef Gianluca coadiuvato dalla moglie Monica e da Lorena ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative, facendoci fare una bellissima figura. Locale tranquillo con piatti tradizionali e non, tutti serviti con ottimo gusto. Da consigliare i taglieri ed il risotto alla Verdi. Buon appetito

11/08/2025: Excellent pizza, both regular and pulled, highly digestible and with generous but not cloying toppings. Kind and friendly staff, fast service. A must-try in Parma for good pizza.

13/07/2025: Everything as it should be. Homemade cured meats are devastating. The hot cooked shoulder is incredible. Excellent torta fritta and a trio of really good first courses. The price is fair for what you get. If I had to find anything that could be improved, it would be the wine list. For everything else, I highly recommend it. Definitely worth a try.

07/06/2025: Prima visita dopo il cambio di gestione. Menu non vastissimo, il che è sicuramente un bene a patto di cambiarlo frequentemente. Tutto quello che abbiamo provato era di ottimo livello, con un perfetto bilanciamento tra gourmandise e leggerezza. Come da titolo l’abbiamo trovato migliorato rispetto alla gestione precedente, anche per quanto riguarda il servizio. Ha comunque margini di miglioramento, in particolare sulla carta dei vini - troppo incentrata su spumanti e frizzanti. Anche una dotazione più adeguata di calici non guasterebbe.

Although I suffer from serious food intolerance, I was able to eat the menu proposals that the chef adapted for me, keeping their original taste and flavor. 06/08/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a comfortable place to work remotely. Top service, good food, and plenty of seating outside (some in the sun and some in the shade) and inside. Very quiet. Excellent!

05/08/2025: I pulled off the highway specifically to stop for breakfast. The cappuccino and croissant were fantastic, and the space was spacious and perfect for relaxing during a break from traveling. The staff could be more cheerful, but perhaps it was the time (5:45) that didn't impress them.

01/08/2025: Best food, worth the trip. Simple and typical dishes that are always prepared to perfection, always delicious and fresh. The pizzas are also fantastic. 5 star rating every time. The staff are always friendly and super efficient.
