08/01/2026: Last night, a friend and I wanted to have dessert at this restaurant. When we asked what desserts were available, we were reluctantly escorted to the cake stand, which, admittedly, looked fantastic. When we asked if it was possible to order just desserts, without having a full dinner, we were given a dirty look and told that this was a restaurant and that we should have a "real meal." We explained that unfortunately, we weren't hungry and that we just wanted desserts. Note that the restaurant was practically empty, with only two other customers present. The owner, visibly annoyed, told us to sit down anyway, but made no effort to serve us or greet us courteously. At that point, another customer intervened, complaining about our supposed disrespectful behavior. We were very confused and asked what the problem was, but the customer continued to insult us, repeating that it was very disrespectful to order just desserts in a restaurant. We felt very uncomfortable and tried to leave, but the customer continued to insult us. We finally left the place with empty stomachs and even emptier hearts. A real shame about the total lack of hospitality. We won't be returning.

12/02/2026: A somewhat anonymous pub in my opinion, and despite the excellent service, it lacks a distinct identity. The sandwiches are a good idea, but I'd recommend rethinking the distribution of ingredients, as the flavors aren't well distributed and overwhelm each other without really merging. The fried foods are good, the draft beer is unimpressive, and the selection of kegs could use some rethinking, especially the bock and pilsner, which I found watered down. The prices, in my opinion, are too high for the service offered.

01/02/2026: The place isn't very large, but it's welcoming and well-decorated; they're impeccable. Excellent sandwiches, with clever combinations and, above all, top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back. Congratulations.

16/11/2025: I'm returning to this farmhouse restaurant for the fifth time, and as always, we're all incredibly satisfied with what we've tried. The ceppelletti in brodo are excellent, the braised Angus beef (off the menu) sourced locally from their own farm is truly exceptional, and the almond and chocolate parfait, etc., to finish. Besides the quality, the outdoor seating is beautiful on a nice day, but the inside is also very welcoming, warm, and a pleasant place to spend an afternoon with friends. The owner is kind and attentive in his service. See you soon!

23/08/2025: Not the easiest place to get to, but it's worth it. It feels like you're stepping into a corner of history, right where it is located. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The food is authentic, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

28/06/2025: Fantastisk mange ulike øl-sorter, Hoegaarden, Goode island og Leffe med flere. Veldig bra musikk, og som kunne vært enda nedre hvis ikke remicxed versjon! Det kan hende ar betjeningen kjeder seg tidlig på kvelde. Og da ser de deg ikke helt, hvis du trenger en ny øl i ferievarmen:) .

21/02/2026: Always a guarantee. Everything is good, nothing excluded. Clear choice of daily menu and à la carte. If you like Fortsna del Taro as an aperitif: a great wine that is only produced in the area. Always a must when passing through Parma. P.S. The bread is a sublime delight; I'd say it's the best in the last three years. But where is that baker? Even the bread itself tells the story of a restaurant's quality.

10/01/2026: Excellent restaurant with a typical local menu. Delicious and fragrant culatello. Also suitable for business lunches. Impeccable value for money.

07/03/2026: Very good food, with unique and typical local dishes. The menu was limited (about thirty dishes). Some dishes were broken on the sides, but the service was very good. The waiters were polite and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, a little empty, but in a restaurant, it's the food that counts, not the location. The prices were reasonable and not excessive for the quantity and quality of the dishes. Also recommended for large groups.

10/02/2026: I was welcomed warmly and tasted typical local dishes that were well made and very tasty. If I ever have the chance to pass through the area again, I definitely know where I can stop to eat.

31/12/2025: A splendid castle in Langhirano. A kingdom and testament to the love story between Pier Maria Rossi and Bianca Pellegrini, celebrated in the Golden Chamber and the Bridal Chamber, with frescoes that evoke their love story. The castle can be visited on the ground and first floors, up to the patrol walkways, which offer breathtaking views. The rooms are bare and unfurnished, but extensively and magnificently frescoed. Admission is €8 and the tour takes about an hour. Visit the small village below to taste wines and excellent food. A must-see.

31/12/2025: It was a good decision to go. The castle is beautiful from the outside and the frescoes inside are also wonderful.
