We had lunch with friends at this restaurant. Quality food, good service, elegant decor. I gave the ambiance three stars because the heat prevented us from appreciating the quality of the food. The lack of air conditioning was noticeable.

On June 8th, for my birthday, my wife invited me for the grand surprise menu, and it was fantastic! The quality of the ingredients, the precision of the cooking, the presentation, the way they surprised us with vegetables—it's clear that it deserves a Michelin star in my opinion, but that's not for me to judge. However, the lack of a Michelin plate is incomprehensible. Perhaps the restaurant is too remote in the countryside for the Michelin Guide inspectors to find it?

My favorite restaurant in Parma and its province, and beyond. Definitely deserving of at least one star, I think it won't be long in coming. A few dishes to choose from for each type, but all of the highest quality. The ingredients are not ordinary, but excellent. Dishes are elegantly presented. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very well-maintained restaurant. Extensive wine list. Dogs are welcome, even large ones. SUPER!!
