I went to dinner with my mom last night. We took the Nando's starter: excellent fried pie, excellent salami, a fabulous giardiniera, delicious parmesan and the divine polenta with truffles.
We had the cappelletti with fondue (exceptional) and the erbetta tortelli (very good) as first courses.
All accompanied by a delicious Lambrusco.
For dessert I had the eggnog semifreddo with pumpkin jam, it was oh my God, a delight for the palate.
Rustic and welcoming place.
The staff are all very nice and make you feel like you are at grandma's house.
I already knew the place and it is a guarantee as always.

Varied parmesan menu, starting from the appetizer of good and genuine cold cuts, included in the "Nando's choice". The gnocchi with sautéed ragù are delicious. A little less coffee at the end of dinner. We liked the environment and the helpfulness of the waiters. The service is quite fast.

We arrived at 2.30pm and, despite the late hour, we were seated and served with kindness and professionalism. Traditional dishes typical of the place, excellent and plentiful. Very good value for money. At the checkout they offered us one of their liqueurs, which unfortunately I wasn't able to taste while driving. But my friends told me it was very good.

…… come ogni anno ci troviamo i primi di dicembre per fare la maialata……
Come da consuetudine antipasti, primi e secondi tutto a base di sua maestà “ il maiale”…..
Che dire, abbiamo speso giusto in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato…… ci siamo abbuffati ma non eravamo assolutamente appesantiti dal cibo…..
Riso e verze era qualcosa di spettacolare, così come le costine, la lingua e il cotechino…..
Al prossimo anno…..

Bella trattoria tipica emiliana, in aperta campagna ma poco distante da Parma. Cucina tradizionale con pasta fatta in casa e antipasti luculliani. Abbiamo provato crudo e culatello, polenta con fonduta e tartufo e poi ci siamo gettati sui primi piatti con assaggi di tagliatelle al ragù d'anatra, con salsiccia, risotto con zucca, tortelli alle erbette ..... a seguire cotechino con il purè e le verze. Insomma una goduria. Accompagnato da un ottimo lambrusco, abbiamo apprezzato lo stile e il servizio del locale. Spesa sui 40€ cad. (un pò più del previsto, ma abbiamo mangiato davvero tanto!)
