Food was great, we had the pigeon bomb and the bottoni and would highly recommend both.

I had a great time; the food was excellent, with dishes that reflect tradition but are very well reinterpreted. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant is very nice. I found the prices reasonable, not overpriced like many restaurants in the city center that offer similar options. I'll definitely be back!

An intimate restaurant which serves incredible dishes! The duck dish and quail rissotto I've had were just divine and is a must try! Servers were very attentive and nice.
Better make reservations ahead to make sure you get a table. Bar seating lets you get a glimpse of their kitchen.

The restaurant is welcoming and simple, and the kitchen offers well-prepared dishes using excellent ingredients. The wait times are a bit long, but the friendly service offers room for improvement. It's definitely worth a visit to explore the menu.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance during a quick stroll through Parma and loved the experience. Everything was very good and the service was friendly.

Good value for money, perhaps the service could be speeded up a bit

I had a wonderful meal at this intimate and welcoming first-floor restaurant in the center of Parma. The service was attentive and friendly. We tried the classic local cured meats and the anolini in brodo. For a slight delay with our second course, we were given a discount, which was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Brisla Trattoria, listed in the Bib Gourmand section of the Michelin Guide. Our expectations were very high, and overall, they were only partially met.
Regarding the cuisine, there was nothing to complain about: quality ingredients and excellent execution. We began with a welcome drink from the chef, featuring olive oil, which was good, although the bread wasn't quite up to par. Followed by:
- Culatello di "Colombo" aged 24 and 36 months with whipped butter;
- Horse carpaccio marinated in spices with a light caper mayonnaise, very interesting;
- Tagliolini with liver ragù, toasted bread, and embryonic egg, an intense and profound dish;
- Bottoni di pieno with veal jus, Parmesan fondue, and parsley oil, the dish I enjoyed the most.
Everything was truly excellent, but the portions were slightly small: I'm used to ordering two courses each, but in this case (two appetizers and two first courses in total), I wasn't completely satisfied.
The service seemed a bit cold and aloof, while the location is pleasant and quaint, in keeping with the idea of a contemporary trattoria.
In short, a restaurant that impresses with the quality of its cuisine, but leaves some reservations regarding the quantity and service. High expectations likely also influenced the overall rating, which remains positive.
