The ingredients are treated with great respect, the cuisine is traditional and the meat specialties are excellent, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the prices are reasonable considering the food and quality. Highly recommended, I'll be back next time.

We had a really good time, the service was very attentive, and the food was excellent—they were really good. If I may offer a piece of advice: if you could install a locking system for the restroom doors, that would be great; it's not the place's fault, of course, but unfortunately, many people are apparently used to leaving the doors unlocked.

Absolutely worth a try. The kindness and professionalism, especially that of Lucano, the gentleman at the cash register... sublime food. Reservations are essential. There were four of us, and even without a reservation, they allowed us to eat without rushing. This impeccable delicacy was incredible. Long live Parma!

My husband and I had dinner on May 1, 2026. Reservations are highly recommended. The welcome was excellent. Our waiter, Mattia, was skilled, friendly, and offered excellent advice. All the food we ate was delicious, with high-quality ingredients. It was wonderful to eat here; the small dining rooms inside transport you to another era, the taverns of yesteryear. These are beautiful places with a nod to the past! Highly recommended.
