Lost in love, it was a wonderful experience, super top cuisine and staff! I'll tell anyone about it!

Two wonderful days in Parma with my husband. We read the reviews from home and booked the week before. What to say? Perfect! Congratulations to Andres who accompanied us from start to finish with kindness and professionalism. As well as the other boy whose name I don't remember. Congratulations to all the staff because you can perceive working with passion and emotion. They recommended us and it was a riot of flavors and colors all in a welcoming, warm and very characteristic environment. Everyone is very kind. We started with a salami and a wood-fired sandwich offered by them. Then a mixed appetizer of cured meats, one better than the other. The Parma ham is truly incredible for us seafarers... as is the tasting of 30 month old Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied by hot fried gnocchi. Two medium light beers on tap, good too. Mixed grill for two and believe me a real grill. Perfect medium cooking. The lamb ribs are tender as butter and super tasty. The top cut! Barbecued there outside in a big round barbecue. Our bottle of sparkling water and a coffee. We promised ourselves we would return and we will do so to spoil other delicacies. Total €112 well spent. Seeing is believing.

Great menu and everything was delicious. Nice variety with local specialities and a wide selection of meats. Great wild boar ragu, interesting pidgeon rice bomb and pork trio!! Be careful of the alcoholic cherry dessert !

Restaurant in the center. Very pleasant environment Very good cold cuts and fried dumplings. Porcini mushroom risotto I would have expected to be tastier and more fragrant given the choreography of presentation in the pan. Caring staff

Excellent ! The cuisine is just extraordinary! The products are of rare quality and extremely well cooked! Very nice decor, it's very pleasant.

Local restaurant that has been recommended to us for its quality-price ratio, it is a very economical option to enjoy good food in the center of Parma. They have different boards, we tried the parma one and the parmigiano one, with 3 different types. The dessert was very delicious

Amazing service food and atmosphere! I had the truffle & asparagus tortellaci and my husband the wild boar ragu. Both were amazing. Will definitely be back here!

Caratteristico locale del centro, arredato con gusto. Bel dehor. Servizio celere e molto cordiale. Piatti essenzialmente del territorio ben cucinati ed altrettanto ben presentati. Superlativa la qualità, notevoli le quantità presentate. Ampia lista vini con rappresentanze di tutte le regioni. Originale l’idea di presentare a parte del menu il facsimile di un passaporto con le caratteristiche di diversi piatti di carne. Abbiamo pranzato veramente bene. Di livello i maltagliati antichi sapori. Prezzi onesti. Torneremo sicuramente.
