A nice rediscovery in Parma, we were customers of the old management and hadn't been back for a while: -excellent wine list; -excellent bread; -very well done menu, with vegan choice, finally in Parma I would say; -very, very interesting game between sweet and savory; For the management, there are 5 stars of encouragement: -menu to simplify the format, the wood makes you angry and makes it difficult to read; -reduce the quantity of appetizers, to facilitate cooking and also leave room for the rest; -sweet and savory to rebalance, but huge menu; We will be back for sure!

Piacevole sorpresa di un menù con opzioni vegetariane e vegane per ogni portata, complimenti! Bella sala accogliente e luminosa. Piatti sfiziosi e gustosi (vegani e non). Pane fatto in casa con pasta madre, sempre un plus! I titolari molto gentili e professionali. Torneremo presto!

We ate there on the recommendation of local friends. Delightful environment. Dishes: high quality raw ham, heart of cod, chestnuts and brown stock and as a closing, radicchio, gorgonzola and Barolo pears. Everything excellent. Well done. Ah special mention to the tasting of the house bread. Advised.

I found particular flavors in the dishes I chose that I appreciated, it is not the typical Parma cuisine. Personally I would have forced on some flavours, but I understand that, as it is already difficult to make people accept nuances of unconventional flavours, forcing them may not meet the tastes of many. To try. Large selection of wines.

Un invito a pranzo con Amici. Bellissima giornata! È stata la prima volta che entravo in questa osteria. Tutto in ordine pulito. Gentilissimi i titolari che ti spiegano i loro piatti. Pane di diversi tipi serviti tiepidi e fatti in casa buonissimi! Un'osteria con.piatti particolari ma cucinati benissimo. Da consigliare! Grazie !

Trovato un po' per caso nel centro storico di Parma, davvero una bella sorpresa! Servizio ottimo e dalle spiegazioni gradite per una consapevolezza delle materie prime, piatti tradizionali preparati e rivisitati davvero bene. Portate giuste. Locale carino e prezzo nella media.

20/03/2024: Gourmet trattoria, one of those places that I would give a penny to and instead they are exceptional for food, service and ambiance. Which is quite intimate and lends itself well to different occasions. The boiled meat is unmissable. If you don't take the dessert from the cart you will only enjoy half of it
