The Il Rossi salami factory is a magical place where you can be enveloped by the inebriating scents of culatelli, hams, culacce and cheeses, if shared in company the experience takes on more value! The service is very quick and efficient. The prices are definitely in line with the quality and the fact that it is not easy to find a free place demonstrates the fact that it is much loved by the Emilians... I recommend booking even if I was alone and had no problems!

Da questo salumificio ho preso i regali di Natale. Mi sono lasciata tentare dalle focacce d'asporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e abbondanza di condimento. Mi piace tantissimo lo strolghino di questo salumificio. Complimenti. Personale gentile ed attento alla pulizia. Un'altra volta mi sono fermata a mangiare ottima scelta di salumi e buona la torta fritta

Grande libidine Ho gustato dei buonissimi salumi. Ambiente un po' rumoroso ma tutto molto curato anche il servizio è super.

Servizio e cibo da 5 stelle con un prezzo da fast food. Ha proprio ragione: tutte le volte che vengo da Rossi, esco sempre felice, pieno e soddisfatto nello stomaco ma senza intaccare molto il portafoglio. Tortelli alla zucca, patate ed erbette da chiedere il bis. Focaccia portata a tavola che risulta divina (menzione x quella integrale). Salume mostruoso con la culaccia sul podio più alto. Ed insieme ciccioli e giardiniera da applausi. Si va a pagare e non si può non prendere qualche gustoso "souvenir " da portare a casa. Grazie Rossi, per me ......numero uno

22/01/2024: A beautiful place, with great food, wonderful service. The setup, the landscape, the dishes (ah, the rabbit with herbs...), the kindness and the warmth of the fireplace. An affordable price makes it worth trying again and again!
08/12/2023: We went today for a family lunch. Characteristic environment, with great attention to detail, in this period the place is festively decorated for Christmas and the always open fireplace creates a romantic, family atmosphere. The food is amazing. Exceptional cured meats with fragrant and not at all greasy fried pie. The first ones are excellent, the second ones are exceptional. The desserts are also very good. Everything is strictly homemade.
