30/10/2025: An inedible meringue and cream cake, the last one left for a birthday present. It was handed to an elderly man without explaining that it was made entirely of meringues, even the inside. No one ate it. Very disappointing.

05/09/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance. It's a paradise. Kindness, courtesy, and quality. I travel around Italy and have never experienced such quality and authenticity. The crostini with Colonnata lard are excellent. Sliced ​​steak and other meats are cooked and served perfectly. Pignoletto and Lambrusco on tap. Brilliant and delicious. The first courses are fantastic, I've tried them all. I'd come to Crevalcore just to dine at the Verginesca village. I'll be back if I can.

11/10/2025: The renovated and welcoming atmosphere is thanks to the owner and his daughter, who immediately make you feel at home. The crusty pizza is spectacular, a true explosion of flavor. A must-try! 🍕🔥

09/10/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, especially since I was a regular at this pizzeria. The pizza is undeniably good, but my last visit left me rather disappointed. When we got the bill, we noticed that the price of the pizza was higher than what was listed on the menu. We immediately asked for an explanation, and the response we received was simply: "You chose a very large pizza." This excuse, frankly, seemed disrespectful to the customer. Considering that the prices are already quite high, this episode has made me lose some faith in the place. A real shame, because the quality of the pizza is beyond question.

06/10/2025: Very nice place. A great hangout for young people in the area. Prices are still very high for a pub, but there's a wide selection of food, plenty of TVs for watching sports (and not just football), plenty of seating, and good service. Another flaw is the ordering app is very annoying; the old menu is better.

They serve good beers of various types, and offer a wide selection of dishes, from fast food to full-service meals. The menus are already on placemats, so all you have to do is choose what you like. They're really good.

06/06/2025: Si presenta come locale con una storia popolare e importante dietro. Tutto direbbe poco fumo e tanta sostanza. Purtroppo il risultato è l'esatto contrario, e della vecchia bologna qui non è rimasto proprio niente. Servizio al tavolo scarso, crescentine buone ma poche, sottaceti di ultima categoria, piatto di affettati davvero da supermercato Lidl e sono già stato generoso. Bis di primi con 2, ripeto, 2 tortelloni, e tagliatelle al ragu' che...non sono tagliatelle, è un tagliolino stretto con ragu' che invece di avere soffritto in pentola la classica oretta...ci sarà stato una decina di minuti con risultato davvero scialbo, per essere carini. Dolci serviti male e brutti, oltretutto la zuppa inglese davvero ingiudicabile. Il conto finale è stato una beffa....non lo voglio neanche scrivere...ma davvero un brutto colpo alla decenza. Male, davvero male, e mi dispiace in particolar modo per i tavoli di turisti stranieri che vorrebbero pagare per immergersi nella bolognesità e invece.....

20/09/2025: We were passing by and stopped for a bite to eat. The waiter didn't seem very happy to welcome us. We had tortellini, a measly half portion costing €8!!! The whole portion cost €16. We're not here for a street cafe with extremely high prices and decidedly small portions.

12/09/2025: A welcoming café-restaurant (also serving aperitifs) located in the San Lazzaro industrial area. I'll update my review once we've tried it as a restaurant.

14/10/2025: Bring your appetite! You should know in advance that you can choose the appetizers already placed at your table, but you don't have to; there's also an à la carte menu. We opted for the set menu, and it came with many small plates full of delicious treats: mortadella mousse, veal liver, olives, fresh mortadella, pizza bread, and more. The pasta was fresh and delicious, especially the ragù. Dessert was endless: cakes, ice cream, chocolate, mascarpone, and more. We loved it, and the server was very friendly. The wine list is divided by region, and the bottles are displayed all around the restaurant, adding to the overall ambiance. Go for it and enjoy a relaxed evening with great food. :)

15/08/2025: A restaurant along the main road in Querciola. It's primarily a bar; the owner explained they serve pizza on weekends and holidays; we stopped for dinner on the evening of Ferragosto (August 15th). The restaurant has a very quaint decor and is family-run. The owner is very friendly and helpful; the pizzas are thin-crust, well-topped, and delicious. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful. The prices are very reasonable! Recommended for a pizza or a beer if you're in the area.
