25/02/2025: I travel a lot for work so I always try to find a hotel that is convenient to the motorway and to the customer. This definitely fulfills the position. Ample parking. Has a restaurant but I didn't go given the late arrival time. Clean rooms but very noisy, you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms, especially when some people don't know education and believe they are at home, perhaps! For breakfast I only drink coffee but while I was waiting, perhaps due to the time (the workers had already passed) there was nothing except croissants but nothing savory. Very courteous reception upon arrival and departure.

06/01/2025: I made the cinno 40 years ago at Ceppo! Place chosen by all of us kids from Castel dell Alpi and beyond. Summer or winter, day, evening and night it was the pub par excellence. We ate before and after the disco. So many girls to meet from him. He was our Arnold from Happy days. What memories guys, only those who know understand what I wrote and appreciated. Then strain was a big one! I recommend it to the current owners.

30/10/2024: Terrible burgers and frozen pizza from the discount store, excellent welcome though, the owner turned on the lights and pinball machines when we arrived, only the cutting boards and some advice for the way of the gods are saved.

21/09/2024: The restaurant is completely outdoors, typically summer, with tables and sofas that create a nice atmosphere. Recommended to go for an aperitif at sunset. Fair value for money and good service

24/08/2024: The restaurant is located in a beautiful area on the Bolognese hills; currently it is not particularly convenient to reach (to the detriment of the name) as Via dei Colli (the quickest route leading to the premises on the hills) is closed, so it can take up to 20-25 minutes from the city centre. The post-dinner situation is nice with current and lounge music carefully selected by the DJ. Finally, the staff is always friendly and quick in service.

02/02/2025: Pizza absolutely not to be recommended, charred, charred residues at the base and poor garnishes.... Update last weekend of January 2025: ordered take-away Margherita pizza from friends and unfortunately it is clear that the oven is absolutely not cleaned between one batch and another, as the pizza base is full of carbon residues, from dust to grains of coal...absolutely not recommended.

20/01/2025: Absolutely not recommended for home delivery!!!! They called me to let them know that the deliveryman would arrive in 5 minutes. It arrived after 1.5 hours on the bike! All the food arrived very cold. Terrible service

19/01/2025: Tonight we returned for dinner and celebrated our anniversary and ate fish starters plus spaghetti with clams. We brought the cake. We had a very good time. Professional welcoming environment where you can enjoy a good evening with music 🎶

16/02/2025: Some time ago we had lunch at the Irina restaurant and were certainly satisfied 👍. Having arrived in the area around 1.00 pm 🕐, we glimpsed the structure from the main road that runs alongside the town of Savigno, therefore choosing to stop there. The young waiter 🧑🏻 at the entrance was very kind and immediately met us and welcomed us 🖖. He then asked us if we preferred to sit inside or outside; given the beautiful day 🌞, despite the presence of a bit of wind 🌬, we finally opted for this last solution (pleasant view 👁 on the walking path 🚶🏻‍♂️). Leafing through the list 📋 we noticed an overall limited number of proposals, but all absolutely delicious and interesting. The choice then fell on gramigna with sausage, tagliatelle with ragù 🍝 and a portion of fried gnocco with mixed cured meats. To drink, sparkling water 💧 and a half-liter bottle of Sangiovese 🍷, as well as a couple of coffees ☕ at the end of the meal. All truly delicious, with particular reference to the homemade pasta. After paying the bill we were also offered a bitter 🥃 at the counter. The owner 👩🏻‍🦱 was also very friendly and kind, with whom we also had a chat. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. We returned more recently, again for lunch, and had a great time again. I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND IT 👍.

02/03/2025: Siamo stati tante volte in questa trattoria e sempre con piacere per la gentilezza del personale,la rapidità del servizio e i menu’ degustazione che offrivano ampia scelta adatta anche a vegetariani o vegani. Di tutto questo non è rimasto più nulla: poche opzioni per chi non mangia carne, servizio lento, cibo freddo dí frigorifero e poco saporito a prezzi medio alti! Un vero peccato! Mi viene il dubbio che il locale sia in disarmo visto che alle 14, con tanti tavoli vuoti, non accettavano altri clienti.

15/02/2025: Pleasant evening in the company of friends on Saturday evening, friendly and very efficient waitresses, we ate 3 first courses and a second course and the friggione as a side dish (very good). I heard the balanzoni (excellent, but a few more wouldn't have hurt...). Pleasant atmosphere on a cold and humid day, I carry with me sweet memories of via del Pratello, also for the Pinza Bolognese with Zibibbo. Advised

26/12/2024: Abbiamo ordinato 9 pizze di cui una senza glutine (di dimensioni piuttosto ridotte), l’impasto delle pizze normale era troppo biscottato e troppo fine, non sembrava realmente una pizza. e gli ingredienti abbastanza scarsi, soprattutto la salsiccia di dimensioni troppo piccole e crude. La pizza senza glutine sembrava una baby, però era più morbida rispetto alle altre. Purtroppo ha rovinato le nostre aspettative.
