If you're having lunch, I recommend eating here because they have typical Bolognese products and also offer pasta, etc. But the piadina I had was very good. Also the Squacquerone.

An amazing find! The platters are incredibly fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff, especially the owner, is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain every ingredient. It feels like a truly authentic experience. La Baita is a great place for fans of Italian cheeses and cold cuts. They offer a huge selection of different types of cheeses, salami, and local meats, all fresh and of excellent quality. You can experience the true atmosphere of an Italian delicatessen, and the aroma and appearance of the products immediately entice you to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful, happy to advise on what to try. A truly atmospheric place and a must-see when visiting Bologna.

The tagliatelle BOLOGNESI are a must, the waiters are very kind, the wait is minimal, and the taste is spot on. The only complaint is that the portions are a bit small, but you can get around that by ordering a second helping!

We came in late to purchase cheese to bring back to the States. The entire staff was fantastic and we ended up having a wonderful meet and cheese platter with wine! Just a fabulous experience.
