We wandered onto this restaurant and were so happy we did. The food was excellent. We had a delicious fresh pea puree with soft egg on top and scraped the bowl clean. There was a wonderful brodo made with chicken broth instead of meat. The tortellini were light and delicious. The service was friendly and fun. The maitre d' clearly enjoyed making people happy and seeing that the diners were taken care of. We sat outside in the small piazza and could not have been happier.

A good restaurant, nothing more than that, the service is a bit problematic, you can find better restaurants, there aren't many options for those who don't eat white meat.

I already knew this place and liked it. I went back today with friends.
Despite the initial mix-up with the reservation—we'd asked to sit outside and it hadn't been noted—they did everything they could to accommodate our requests.
While we waited for a table, they sat us down and offered us a glass of prosecco.
Michele was super kind and helpful and recommended what to eat.
The fried tortelloni were very special, and the tortellini with parmesan cream were excellent; everything was plentiful.
The staff was very kind.
I'll be back and recommend it to anyone who doesn't know it.

The food was fabulous and the staff were delightful. I was dining alone, but was given a lovely table and discreetly attentive service. I highly recommend La Corte Galluzzi for a wonderful meal in the heart of Bologna!

A restaurant in the center of Bologna, with a major advantage: it's located in a fairly private internal courtyard, far from the usual, bustling tourist circuits. The food is good quality; we ordered a charcuterie board, gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi) accompanied by charcuterie, tortellini in brodo (broth) stuffed with mortadella, and lasagna verde (green lasagna), all typical Emilian dishes. Everything was delicious. The service was very friendly, starting with the restaurant manager, who greeted us very kindly. If you eat outside (as we did), there's the option of using the heaters in case the temperatures drop.
