Locale piuttosto vecchio e spartano , pizza niente di che e cucina non pienamente soddisfacente , tagliata che sapeva di castrato e verdure saltate annegate nell’olio , pizza senza infamia e senza lode . Servizio Gentile e prezzo contenuto, seppur la cameriera fosse giovane e non pienamente competente . Insomma

Pizzeria Al buco

22/01/2024: The place is very simple, with... let's say extravagant decor. The guys are very kind and professional but above all the pizza is fantastic, they make it rolled out with low edges and the dough is light and very tasty. The mozzarella remains good and soft until the end. They also make sandwiches with pizza dough, one better than the other. A perfect "neighborhood" pizzeria. It's now a permanent stop!
16/01/2024: They told me about this place as the history of Bologna, and indeed it is. Retro, dated, but beautiful for that. The pizza is not Neapolitan style and therefore is thin and wide, but digestible
