28/01/2025: We were here for a birthday and there were 7 of us, the drinks and chips were brought to us at the correct time and with little waiting. The first two pizzas arrived a little long, the third pizza shortly after. Subsequently they came to ask us 3 times which pizzas were missing while 3 of us had already finished the pizzas. In addition to this, we were not informed in time that one of the ingredients of the pizzas was not available and even the spicy oil arrived with some difficulty.

04/02/2025: Our experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Culinary-wise, the food was well-presented and delicious, but the service left much to be desired. It took 25 minutes just to place our initial order, and every additional request was similarly slow. The service felt chaotic, and unfortunately, we got the impression that our group was not a priority. A bit more attentiveness would have made the experience much better.

09/02/2025: Delivery times are light years away from what they tell you: an hour became an hour and three quarters after calling twice. There's nothing wrong with being busy, you just need to know how to calculate the time. Because if at 7.30pm you tell me 8.30pm, and after reminders the pizza arrives at 9.20pm, you also take away the possibility of getting something else (not to mention that, for example, by having guests you also make a fool of yourself). Just be honest and fair. By the way, you can also just give a can to apologize for the delay, but not even that.

La spedizione è sempre molto accurata e rapidissima I tortellini sono TOP , i cappellacci di zucca idem, le tagliatelle buonissime. 17/02/2025: Sono bolognese ma non vivo a Bologna. Desidero però sempre i nostri prodotti tradizionali. Ho acquistato più volte da Mortadella shop on line sia tortellini sia tagliatelle con ragù. Sono prodotti veramente ottimi e deliziosi. Consegna puntuale e veloce. Imballo perfetto a garanzia del freddo. Mauro.

02/03/2025: Servizio un po lento; 45 minuti per far arrivare tre pizze telefonando anche presto. Comunque la pizza arrivata era buona e poco unta.

15/12/2024: Second time I came to take 2 pizzas to take home, good dough, but zero seasoning, even though they told them to put more sausage than the other time which was only onion, they put 4/5 tiny pieces of sausage and full of onion, so at home I didn't taste the sausage at all but only onion which isn't that great, the other pizza which was supposed to be with 4 cheeses had mozzarella and another tasteless cheese, so 2 cheeses like getting a white Margherita, oh well these things piss me off when you spend 9 euros on a pizza, they make you feel a little dizzy.... to save a few cents on toppings, you'll lose a lot of customers I think, anyway me and my friend we will definitely not return again, expensive and cheap is not good. 2 fewer customers. Good luck keep it up.

17/02/2025: Valentine's Day lunch...my husband and I arrive just before 2:00 PM Cute little table in the internal room... Experienced waitress, very friendly and helpful... We order the tagliolini...excellent...so much quality and goodness... Followed by the brazier of the buckle.. this is the end of the world...excellent meat and served at the table on the grill... truly exquisite... The dessert is spectacular...the Minerbio pudding...the end of the world...it was a superlative lunch...from start to finish, not a single shot was missed... I will definitely return as soon as possible for the courtesy...the quality...the professionalism and because I like to eat really good things... You have made my Valentine's Day even more beautiful!!!
