01/11/2025: The food at Pantry Emilia is always good, but I think the prices are rising and the portions are getting smaller. We had the pumpkin salad. 5 pumpkin heads, so much salad! The dishes aren't cheap, and I think they should think about the customer, not making money... I'm sorry, but it didn't seem like a pumpkin salad. The service for a €1.90 coffee with pseudo-cream took 15 minutes. If you order with the app, you should get a quick response since you don't have to physically go through an operator. Lots of great advertising, but the content is declining "SINCE 2004" and has changed a lot. It's not a criticism, but a warning sign because in 2004 I said I'd go eat at Pantry because there's SO MUCH STUFF. Good work, a loyal customer.

26/10/2025: Very easy to choose and order with the app, wide selection, always good tigelle (but in the Bolognese there is less and less ragù!!!), sustainable packaging, punctual delivery and excellent service.

14/10/2025: Nice place, the problem is that the prices don't match those on the menu, like focaccia with cured meats for €2, but at the register it's €5. My answer: I actually thought it was only €2, but I trust what's written, and yes, it's not at all clear! Thanks for the edit, but it's not nice to tell a customer that "no one has ever misunderstood except you," since the person who misunderstood might not have told you, so you can't be sure.

21/09/2025: The drinks here were very good. The Pinot Grigio was also good, even though it was only served by the bottle (despite the noticeboard suggesting it was served by the glass). The area in front of the bar is very nice. Unfortunately, the drains always smelled a bit strong. But that's not the bar's fault.

06/10/2025: A great place for breakfast, a snack, or to buy fresh bread and pasta to take home. I often order the breakfast brioches, mini pizzas, focaccia, and rustici, and I can say the quality of the products is excellent! There's also a good selection of desserts, and the cakes are delicious, especially the ice cream ones.

24/10/2025: My tour guide recommended this restaurant. I was fascinated by the food and Antea's service; she's a very nice lady (she speaks Spanish very well). The starter was amberjack with a finely shredded tomato and carrot salad; the main course was pasta al pomodoro; and the tiramisu for dessert. I'm still trying to decide which of the three dishes I liked best. It's not cheap, but it's worth the experience. The terrace is very pleasant.

21/10/2025: We went for dinner, the place was really well-kept, we tried mortadella crealscetine and tagliatelle with ragù, the wine was top notch... The food was excellent!! Very friendly staff, rare for Bologna 😅. Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: A shameful experience, to say the least. We booked a table for pizza and, after a 40-minute drive, we were told, almost annoyed, that... the pizzas were sold out. At 9 PM on a Saturday night. In a restaurant/pizzeria. Really? Not only no apology, but a hasty and indifferent attitude, as if the problem was ours and not theirs. Is this how you treat guests who have booked? Kudos to you for your professionalism. Luckily, we found refuge at La Gardenia pizzeria, which, despite being busy, welcomed us courteously and served us excellent pizzas in record time: proof that with a little organization and respect, it can be done. I had learned about Il Portone through word of mouth among colleagues. After this evening, I'll be the one to spread the word myself, but to discourage it from anyone. Mistakes due to disorganization are acceptable, but rudeness and discourtesy are not! UPDATE: I'm updating my review based on the response I received from the owners. I'm truly perplexed by the tone of the response. First of all, customers aren't well-informed, so the pizza issue needs to be clearly specified when booking, which wasn't done; it's certainly not the customer's concern, especially since on other occasions we hadn't encountered any problems, nor were we asked for specifics regarding what we wanted to eat. The second observation I'd like to make is that, in this aggressive response, only at the end is an apology for a perceived rudeness by the customer, not for the poor service caused, which is objective, given that at 9 p.m. we were forced to look for another place to dine. Luckily, we found one. As for the ostentatious (!!!) display of our dissatisfaction, I think it's completely natural given the circumstances. Not only couldn't you tell us if we could dine (!!!), but we were treated condescendingly, with obvious annoyance and disinterest. I'd like to add that we're not discrediting anyone here, but simply stating the plain truth, for the benefit of future customers. I'll conclude with a suggestion: if, as you write, large numbers aren't always compatible with your quality, perhaps you need to rethink your management and communications system. Don't blame the customer, who certainly isn't to blame and just wanted to grab a pizza and spend a night out. Instead, I see a lot of attention paid to online reviews, especially those that (legitimately) report poor service.

14/09/2025: The cotoletta alla bolognese was delicious, truly tasty and well-made. A charming and well-kept place for an evening with your partner, family, or friends. Friendly staff. Definitely worth returning.

05/10/2025: Delightfully surprised, easy to get to, convenient parking, excellent service. I wasn't expecting such a positive atmosphere; the manager and his assistant were very attentive to the dining room and every customer request. Their recommendations are very pertinent and professional. The food met expectations: from the pork ribs in barbecue sauce (typically smoky and sweet) to the T-Bone (a sort of Slim Florentine steak). The grilled vegetables and chips were good. The trio of sweet treats were excellent.

12/06/2025: Really everything is very good but the surimi in the seafood salad for €48/kg just don't fit. Not only because they are bad for you, but also because they are disgusting. If I find the next salad without surimi I will give it 5 stars 😘

26/09/2025: Without a doubt, the best deli in Bologna. Not only for the superb quality of the products, but also for the kindness of the entire staff. I can only say great things about La Fermata del Gusto. A thank you from the taste buds and from the heart.

18/10/2025: Pizzeria chosen from the various suggestions on Google, not being local one pizzeria could be as good as another, but this one my seventh sense told me to go there and it was an excellent choice, the pizza was delicious my daughter had the hamburger delicious highly recommended and the staff was friendly even with my four-legged friend.

05/10/2025: Pizza delivered to your door. Capricciosa revisited as per the menu. But the pizza was covered in oil, so greasy that the cardboard was wet from underneath. Never again.
