I really like these trattorias; they're still authentic. I took one star off because the atmosphere was really noisy.

Rustic atmosphere typical of an old-fashioned trattoria. Truly tasty home cooking and generous portions. Ample veranda space. Not air-conditioned, but with numerous fans that do their job well. Lunch menu for €13. I recommend it to anyone passing through for lunch.

A welcoming trattoria in Bologna, ideal for a relaxing lunch break without breaking the bank. The lunch menu is very practical and designed for all budgets: • €12 for a second course, side dish, water, and coffee. • €15 if you also want to add a first course. The selection is rather limited, with just two first courses and two second courses available, but the quality of the dishes reflects the classic business lunch experience: honest, authentic, and unpretentious home cooking. Looking at the à la carte menu, however, you can tell that the cuisine is a cut above and that the dishes offered offer decidedly superior care and attention to detail, making them worth trying. The service is friendly and fast, perfect for those who are working but still want a good lunch. A well-deserved four stars, and I'm curious to return in the evening to try the à la carte menu!

Once upon a time in 1963, there was the Bottega Dall'Olio, and it's still there...now a trattoria. The place exudes history and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The food is good and all in all, it's not a crazy amount of money. The fact that it's always so crowded will make you think, and think again. Everything is truly perfect.

It took a while to get seated, but the food was worth it. Recommended dish: Beer chicken
