03/11/2025: Organization. We went on Lucilla's request. It was our second concert, but we went to another city for the first, but we had a terrible time here! Maybe the organization has changed, but the meet and greet was really poorly organized! In the other venue, we had to sit inside and wait calmly, then go up to the park to take a photo in front of the solar spaceship... Here, at the beginning, the lady at the entrance told us that only the baby had to stay in the room, but does it seem normal to leave a one-and-a-half-year-old alone? Then, in the end, we adopted inside and then went outside to take a photo in front of the entrance... who knows. This criticism is obviously aimed at the organizers, not at the theater, which is a beautiful, well-kept theater anyway! The only criticism I have for the theater is The lady who let us in was arrogant and seemed annoyed to be there.

02/11/2025: The theater is not very large, with reasonably comfortable but not particularly spacious seats. You can see and hear well even if you find a seat further away from the stage.

01/12/2025: Located inside the Intimissimi outlet in Granarolo. Small but with a wide selection of wines from all over Italy. Delicious lunch specials; especially top-notch aperitifs!

27/11/2025: I came to the shop with a friend of mine. The shop was beautiful, the wine they recommended was exceptional, super fresh, and the pizza was fabulous. A special thank you to Antonietta and Monica for their kindness, which made us smile and have fun. We'll be back soon.

07/12/2025: We waited exactly an hour for a piadina! The cashier and workers were absolutely inadequate. The gluten-free piadina was practically empty and the turkey ham inside was frozen! In short, never again! Never ever again.

15/10/2025: I'm a foreigner, and since I've been here, I've been to ten shops, two have been good, and this is one. The owner is so kind, and so are the girls who work there, always helpful and so kind. It didn't even feel like I was up north. It's not "everyone," but the majority, I don't know, because they're cold, they treat you badly, they talk back, I don't understand why, but when you're treated well, with respect, with attention, things change, even your day changes, and it's also good for the shop, because word gets around. I can't complain about this place. Kudos to everyone, the world needs people like you. Then there's the fact that the food is good and it's not a fortune.

11/12/2025: I'd say that if you eat a pizza and wait an hour or a half more, it arrives burnt. I'd say that in 2025, if someone isn't capable of doing this job, in my opinion they should change jobs. It's a shame because I could have been a new customer.

26/10/2025: We ordered two pizzas for delivery. They were raw sausage, chewy dough, hair on the pizza, and inedible tomato sauce (said by someone who rarely hates food). The only positive thing is that they arrived in 15 minutes.

06/09/2025: Update: Management has changed again, and this time the pizza was good again. Until a few months ago, they made delicious pizzas, and I went there on average once a week. Then the management changed, and I only went once. I didn't like the pizza, and I never went back.

19/11/2025: I went there on Saturday with some couples. The place is very welcoming; perhaps it's because I find the decor, made up of so many bottles, very appropriate for a restaurant. The menu is Emilian, but not comprised of the usual fare tourists seek in Bologna. The service is truly attentive, not rushed, but paced appropriately for a convivial dinner. The food is excellent! The wine, chosen from an extensive but not overly expensive list, was truly good. The bill, unsurprisingly, was moderate and rounded off an excellent dinner.

19/11/2025: Osteria del Teatro is a pleasant discovery in Minerbio. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, with attentive and friendly service. The Bolognese cuisine is truly exquisite: tasty dishes, excellent fresh pasta, and delicious desserts. Excellent value. A place where you can eat well and feel at home. Recommended! 🍷✨

16/11/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would. There were 10 of us: I ordered a Paulaner and at 11 pm I asked for fries. After an hour, nothing arrived. I asked for an explanation and discovered that the kitchen had been closed for a while, but no one bothered to let me know. A total lack of respect towards the customers, but especially towards the employees, left to deal with embarrassing situations without any support. We got to the cash register and here comes the absurdity: they imposed a Roman-style payment, so those who only drank found themselves having to cover everyone else's dinner. And of course, they also charged a cover charge, even though I only had one beer. Speaking of beer: 14 euros for a Paulaner, a price that's not often seen even in the most trendy establishments in Milan. It's clear that the goal here isn't to offer decent service, but to squeeze the customer in every way possible. And the saddest thing is that all this profit certainly doesn't seem to translate into better conditions for the employees, who have to bear the weight of a nonexistent organization and act as a shield against decisions that aren't theirs to make. A place that only cares about making money, with no respect for customers or staff. Never again.

16/11/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday night with seven of us. The food was good, but there was very little flexibility. They didn't allow any variations on the menu, and they didn't even let you choose how you cooked the meat. We had a friend who doesn't eat meat, and it was a struggle to find something, and they were also very rude. In 2025, not having vegetarian options is ridiculous, even in a typical restaurant.

09/11/2025: Hostile Atmosphere We arrived late, admitted our mistake, and immediately accepted the initial, valid comments. The problem, however, was the owner's behavior throughout the dinner: angry glances, scolding, and tantrums in the middle of the room, with insults directed directly at us and audible to all the guests. We felt completely unwanted, so much so that we wanted to finish the meal as quickly as possible. Even at checkout, we were loudly reprimanded in front of everyone, despite our awareness of the mistake and willingness to take responsibility. We understand the mistake, but the way we were treated was humiliating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the food: the bread was visibly stale, and the pasta was so raw it was crunchy. A truly terrible experience.

12/11/2025: Top place from the staff to the food, excellent seafood appetizers, succulent first courses, fantastic fish main courses, from fried fish to baked sea bass, really good, no less delicious are the pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven as tradition dictates, and finally the homemade desserts, what can I say, finger-licking delicious, I highly recommend them.

10/11/2025: It was ok, I had the seafood appetizer, spaghetti allo scoglio and tagliatelle al ragu, it was good, but not outstanding. On the other hand, the tiramisu was the best dessert I had in Bologna. It's made by them. Score 10.

14/12/2025: On Sunday morning, my dog ​​and I stopped by for breakfast; in fact, we came to Granarolo specifically for this. What can I say... truly top-quality leavened pastries. Perfect pastry, perfectly airy, and a lovely viennoiserie. The price is more than fair! We're talking about a high-quality product. The prices are clearly displayed and the products are clearly visible at the counter; those who criticize always have the right to choose, in my opinion. The coffee is very good; my only personal obsession would be to perhaps choose a non-commercial, local roaster to offer a selection aligned with the food. We'll definitely be back!
