We went there several times before reviewing this place, and we tried both the mini pastries and the puff pastry ones. What stands out is the pastry chef's skill; everything is impeccable and beautiful to look at, without a single flaw; attention to detail is his strong point, and it shows. The staff is kind and helpful. The idea of ​​launching a specialty each month is excellent; they're truly worth a try. I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reasons: - the mini pastries are all beautiful to look at, and the key thing is that the flavors are distinct, but the ubiquitous shortbread is used as a base too often! - the super-flaky croissants, all identical and perfect (uncommon), but unfortunately the dough lacks flavor, there's no aroma, it's practically bland, and you can't taste the butter! The pistachio cream inside is a complete failure (you can tell by the color), too sweet with a very low percentage of pistachios, and you can taste it. Overall, these are small details that could certainly be improved, but we would gladly return...

Inexplicably a little-known place (the locals know it very well) to most...it should be a pilgrimage destination for sfogliati. It should be an excuse to get off the highway. Honorable mention for preparing bread and mortadella for 20 people at 7:00 in the morning. The entire event staff thanks you. I'd say see you next time.

What can I say, the breakfast was amazing! A wide selection of sweet and savory options, excellent and light despite being very flaky. The three of us had nine pastries, each better than the last. The staff was incredibly kind, and the young man who served us went out of his way to accommodate our requests. A breakfast to remember.

The puff pastry is truly excellent, with the chocolate croissant filling a bit too similar to Nutella (I should clarify). Compared to other rolls, the cinnamon roll seemed too sweet and cloying, with a faint cinnamon flavor. It's best served warm.
